This market is actually made of several buildings as well as outdoor areas. The food options were mainly grab and go places that are more suitable for trying different snacks. You'll be able to find any and all kinds of souvenirs here. If shopping is not your thing, then you will not enjoy this place. If you do like browsing and people watching, this is just the place. One thing to keep in mind is that most of the goods here are imported, so if you're looking for local handmade artisanal crafts, this is not that sort of place.

Most of the chain restaurants were open like Mostaza (hamburgers) but few stalls (wooden toys, souvenirs). Closer to the water there were booths you could book a cruise but I walked over to Estacion Fluvial for more choices. Overall I didn't expect it to be so empty but it's perfect if you want to avoid the weekend crowds.
