Some were well heated, others in the group had no heating at all. Management made no real effort to accommodate those in unheated rooms other than a cheap electric heater; excusing the matter with a curt "handyman is not here today." Also didn't like that waiters showed up immediately after dinner with schnapps, etc. and, unlike many fine restaurants in the region, added the inflated-priced drinks and extras to the bill without any disclosure. The take-away here is that one must assume anything set in front of you will cost extra, so ask. Not very classy, especially at the price point of this place.
