For 7$ per person, you get a guided tour and a cup of alpaca food. It was really cool! Hubby and i had a lot of fun visiting this small farm. Know for their wool, the alpaca wool is warmer the the sheep's wool. They have two type of alpacas. Straight hair ones and the more curly ones. All were cute AF!!! Weird as this place has so many reviews on Google Maps…read more Interestingly I was on my way to a much larger, more generic farm which happens to be a bit further down the street.. we accidentally ended up here due to an Apple Maps fail and didn't realize until we left and drove past the "zoo" that we had originally planned on going to when we realized our serendipity! This apple orchard/farm is definitely under the radar (this is the 1st review on Yelp and it's been open for a while) We went apple picking here late in the season. We basically had the entire place to ourselves. It was relaxing and enjoyable ... "unfortunately" no kiddie rides or bells and whistles but sometimes it's nice to just enjoy nature. The apples are organic which is a nice plus! When I first tasted the different varietals of apples I was turned off as they were too tart. Weeks later, I finally remembered all the apples in my fridge and decided to try them again and WOW they were the best apples I've ever tasted! I guess they weren't fully ripe yet or they needed to "breathe" a little. No clue what happened but the apples were darn good, I didn't dare waste them on applesauce! Avoid the "zoo" across the street, go here and support the organic folks. They also had a few hidden speakers in the orchard, playing music to the apple trees so they will be happy.

We chose to pick our own. When you arrive, someone will give you how ever many empty baskets you want, and then explain how it works. It's pretty simple, you fill your baskets with strawberries while eating as many from the field as you want and then you pay when you leave. Each basket can contain up to 4 liters of strawberries and costs $9. Depending on the season, you can also pick raspberries, tomatoes, zucchinis or many others things. Québec strawberries are smaller, more red, and extremely sweet, so I really love to picking them myself every year when I can. It's a great getaway from the city and it's enlightening to get your fresh fruits and veggies directly at the farm. If you're going during lunch time, don't forget to pack a picnic. They have a few picnic tables for people to use so you can spend some time there after or before picking your fruits, enjoying a nice picnic outside, and then going to get your dessert directly from the field. :) They are open 7 days a week so you can go anytime you want. Monday to Friday from 7AM to 7PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7AM to 6PM.

Tickets are $14 per person and free for children 2 and younger. Totally worthwhile, as it's a pretty immersive experience and you're surrounded by tons of animals. The animals are friendly and not aggressive. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely wear some boots to the farm (especially if it's rained recently) and follow the directions on their website to find the farm.

Right when you walk onto the farm you're greeted by their gorgeous friendly dog Ava surrounded by a pond filled with chirpy ducks. You'll probably feel right at home here, as I did. For a reasonable fee, you can have a guided tour of the rabbits, goats, alpacas, and a free running miniature cow and miniature horses! Yes you can feed them! Some tips: 1) you must chop the food into bite sizes for the alpacas! 2) No cucumbers 3) No loose plastic bags. So, it's best to bring your food ready to feed the animals in a bag. Make sure you watch small children as the goats can be energetic when eating. Yes, you're in the enclosure with them right in the middle of the action! They also offer volunteer opportunities to the public a few times a year. I didn't find it too muddy but wear outdoor shoes just in case. Bring some hand wipes as I'm not sure if there's a hand washing station.

In the summer, they give free hayrides during the Clinton County Fair. Mary the horse is very sweet and the cows and goats will also say hello! In the fall you can pick gorgeous sunflowers and take pictures in the fields. During Halloweekend you can go through the corn mazes and pick out your favorite pumpkin. This place is perfect for families too, the children can visit the petting zoo where the pigs, donkeys, goats roam free in the fences. You can actually walk into their gates and play with them. We loved meeting the baby goat, Loco and her mother Coco! The pigs love their belly rubs and will fall over when scratching them! It's very cute. Many of the things to do here are free so great value! They sell local apples, gifts and fun things in their gift shop too. Supporting the local farms in town is great for the community here. This is one of my favorite local farms to visit in town!

Because of covid you need to buy tickets ahead of time and you get a time slot to go enjoy the farm. The entry fee is 10$ per person. Once you arrive you get a bracelet and can pick up any prepaid bags for you apples or you can pay for them there. You can then check out some of the farm animals or let the kids use the slide and climb around the play area. Once your ready to pick the apples or pumpkins or even corn, you hop on the tractor and then pick your stop to get off at when they announce what fruits/veggies are available. You get to pick them and take them home ! They have washing stations for the veg as well. Once your done wait for the tractor to pick you up and head back home and bake your heart away !

It costs $11 for a little bag, which is 3 to 4 dollars at the grocery store! Perhaps bringing the price down would entice people to buy more. In general, it's a nice farm with very friendly workers. A great place to go with your significant other, family, friends, kids, anyone! You just have to choose what you want to purchase.
