However things have changed, staff has changed and unfortunately they don't seem to know what their are doing. Two young lads, one holds the coffee glasses by the top where people will be drinking from, and the other can not make the bagels how it should be. Last Sunday my husband and I went there for breakfast, the bagels were cold hadn't even been toasted. I took one of the bagels back they gave us another one but it was exactly the same in the end we didn't bother anymore. On a couple of occasions when we said thank you to the girl that was serving at the time her answer was " it's alright" it was like she was doing as a favor.
