I signed up for propane back in early November. Lansing Michigan office told me I would have to wait until early December before they could put in the tank. I thought this was odd because I live in Michigan and Michiganders use a lot of propane, and it starts early. They gave me sincere apologizes and assured me it would be early December. I went ahead and let them run my credit with assurances I would have a new tank in early December. They created an account, and ran my credit was ran. I received a large packet later in November with account details. Today halfway threw December no tank. I was worried and decided to call my local Lansing office to find out why I don't have a tank. They now told me that it cant be done until early February! Was someone ever going to tell me so I could switch to another company? I have been paying an absurd amount for gas. My credit was damaged, and alas not a word from Ferrellgas! This is an awful way to treat customers whom pay your bills. read more
