DO NOT USE FERRIL GAS!! I used them for two years and then all of a sudden they decided my propane tank was too close to a dwelling (which is actually a shed and it was 10 feet away). Instead of calling me to let me know this information, I went a week expecting them to deliver and they did not. They took my money out the day I called to request a delivery but when they did not see it fit to give me propane they kept my money and was not planning on calling me to let me know of the situation or try to give me a refund. When I finally got a hold of someone (a call center in Houston when I live in Norman, Oklahoma), they informed me of the situation and when I asked to speak with a manager they couldn't transfer me and told me to call back or someone would call me (which never happened). Every time I called their number I sat on the phone for no less than 30 minutes each time just waiting to talk to someone. Their emergency line is not any better, I waited an hour to speak to someone on it. When I finally got someone from the call center to let me sit and wait for a manager to be available in my area, I waited about 10 minutes and she came back on the line and said the manager was still on the phone that she would have her call me and instantly hung up.
