If I could give zero stars, I would. When I got to work a month ago, it was discovered that one of our propane tanks was leaking. I called the emergency phone number and finally got a person after 4 minutes on hold. That's fine. The person I spoke to was on the other side of the country. All they could do was put a request into their system. They told me that the service manager in my area would be calling me shortly. Three hours later, having not received a call back, I called again. This time I was on the phone for thirteen minutes while that person put in ANOTHER request. I was told that there was no phone number to reach the service manager in my area, but that he would be calling me back to schedule someone to come out. Over an hour later, no one had called me. Someone finally showed up in the late afternoon and took the leaking tank with him, saying that a replacement one would be brought out with our next regularly scheduled service. Our regularly scheduled service was supposed to be last week, and no one showed up. I called today and had to get pretty forceful in order for the lady on the phone to actually check with someone who says they can come out tomorrow. We'll see.
Oh, and they also charged me $300 for the emergency service. read more
