experience the worst worst I have called 4 times I have had 4 different dates for delivery & as 5:15 Sept 25 do not have a delivery, on top of that I called today to confirm the delivery for today & they said yes it was today have been home all day & still have NO NO delivery..................... Horrible customer service, i did have to call 7 times for a fill it up in a Tank that they installed and never never when to to the service, the personnel that answer the phones for customer service very rude, lock of knowledge and they make excuses for everything i don't recommend this Company to any body here in the High Desert or any where else. Do to this BAD experience I did close and Account that I never use, and on top of that to get a refund for a 100 gallons of propane that I paid in advance toke me more than 2 months to get my money back. Absolutely worst customer service. Never showed up to fill tanks no call . Called them and they act like your bothering them . Told the driver would be there in the morning he ran out of time . Next day still nothing . Call back again get a extremely rude girl on the phone wont bother to shut up and listen to what I'm asking. Ask for a manager just to be placed on hold for 10 min . Then told shes busy. Save the time and aggravation stay with woodpropaine. Atleast they honor they word and value there customers. read more
