The worst service and rude people in the hi desert. Do NOT work with this company--no return calls from management, and after their leased equipment leaked gas, Ferrell Yucca Valley sent a non-responsive technician out to cap it, who refused to even talk to us. He smirked and ignored our questions. We were billed $500 to refill the tank, after we mistakenly thought we had used our allotment; and when we found it there was a leak on Ferrel equipment, we were not reimbursed. I own a company and would be out of business if we ran it like these crooks. BEWARE! BTW, their office on Yucca Trail has been vacated. read more

Poor service. They do not respond to calls. They give you dates for service that they will never show up to. Customer service reps hang up on you when you ask for a date or for a supervisor, This company is not a customer friendly establishment. Go to someone else. read more

Calling and calling. Waiting and waiting. 2 days without hot water or ability to cook. Won't give a straight answer. Smh.

They only get 1 star because you have to put at least 1. They're CROOKS!!! We're moving but still have almost a full tank. When I called to ask for a refund of the unused propane, they said they don't do that. I asked what they do w/the left over propane, they said they just lock the tank and when someone new moves in the new tenants will have to pay to get it unlocked and pay for the tank of propane. So not only did they get over $500 from us for the propane, but they'll get more $$ from the new tenants for the same propane we already paid for!!!! read more
