We contacted Pam and Mario, was told someone would come out to look at mattress. After two weeks of back pain, we finally contacted again, sent pics as directed and receipt. We was told to bring in mattress for in store credit. We drove one hour with the mattress strapped to our trailer, and then was told NO because the tag was removed!!! The tag? The tag said the consumer could remove!!! Since no response from the store, I guess we will contact Sealy but never will deal with these people again!!!

They never reported that I paid in full to the finance bank....bank called me three months later…read moreasking for payments. Long story short they accepted my paid in full amount at the store but didn't report to the bank. Been a nightmare proving to the bank that it was paid.

My one suggestion would be signs that show the firmness of all the mattresses, but I'm not sure if any mattress stores have that option when it's not supplied by the company.
