Absolutely worst shopping experience I've experienced. Wanted to buy particular model air…read moreconditioner. They don't answer phone, but because website said 59 in stock, we ordered online. They sent confirmation that it would be ready in 30 minutes, and credit card charge went through. So we drove 45 k to pick it up, and upon arrival, told website was not updated & they'd send a refund. Very disappointed but decided to check out drill that was on sale. You guessed, it was also sold out. What a "bait & switch!" Avoid this place!
