In short: brought the phone to repair in November 2015.. and still waiting..
I brought a phone with a broken lcd to repair, I even provided the lcd so that all they had to do was fit it. They said they would do it in 1.5-2h. I came back after 2.5h and they had broken the screen. They said they would reorder it and let me know... I had to call a month later to find out that they didn't have the part and all they could do was give me another phone of 100£ value (the one I brought was at least 150£ and 1 year old), I accepted because I was gettin annoyed and impatient.
From then on it's been calls and email every 2-4 weeks with always vague reply asking for more time or no answer at all.
