They came up with all kinds of excuses, such as "my car broke down", "my truck broke down", "my trailer is stuck in the shop" etc. Finally they showed up but without any necessary tools or equipment to do the job, only a shabby pickup with full of trash in the bed! Seriously, not even a dolly or strap!! Well, you guessed it. They did get away with my deposit but I didn't give them a chance to damage my furniture or fraud me with any injury claims. (I am pretty sure they are not insured.)

Extremely disappointed with the flooring jobs in my laundry room and master bath. The floors…read more"looked good" at completion but upon further inspection were found to not be level. I was told to "let the flooring settle". The seams from where the new and old subfloor meet can be felt through the new vinyl plank and vinyl tile. This could have been averted with the use of floor patch compound. Instead, cut up pieces of the original linoleum was discovered under the vinyl tile in the master bath. Since the flooring was much lower in one corner, the baseboard was lifted with a narrow piece of vinyl tile rather than being scribed. This area was then siliconed and it is evident that the area is thicker. A very amateur attempt at levelling out a baseboard. 7 weeks later, I have not had a reply as to when this job will be rectified. Recently received threatening e-mails. Non existent customer satisfaction guarantee. Skip this company to avoid disappointment.
