I just had the most unpleasant experience with the lady called Suzette from this business. I had…read morecontacted her to re-foam the cushions on a couch in our living room. I had emailed her pictures and dimensions of the cushions and she was supposed to meet me at our house at 10:30 am. She texted me that she would be late since she was on a phone call. I texted her back to let her know that was no problem and I would see her soon. Then she shows up at 11:00 in casual clothes that I would not describe as 'professional' and after realizing that I wanted the cushions on the sofa back (and not the sofa bottom) replaced, she got annoyed and agitated and then as she unzipped them and found out they were filled with pillow inserts and not foam , she got angry and she told me 'I had wasted her time' and she was not going to do that and left! I have to mention that I had no idea the cushions were not filled with foam and I also didn't seem it necessary to clarify in my email that I wanted the sofa back cushions re-foamed and not the sofa bottom ones since it was pretty obvious in the enclosed photos that the sofa back cushions were pretty saggy and squished (and not the bottom ones). This whole interaction left me quite uneasy and upset. It was not definitely my intention to waste this lady's time and I know nothing about how couches are built or what they are made of; I assumed I was seeking the service of a professional, but I was wrong.
