When I raised this, I was basically told the person who received the flowers was lying and that the message was included!! 2. The Flowers did not look anything like 'classic' as displayed on their site - be warned - "images are for website display only" 3. Customer service - absolutely shocking! Refused to connect with a manager. I am still in shock - the worst florist I have ever encountered!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered before Christmas, and promptly received an order confirmation. When I got back from Christmas holidays, I found out the flowers were never delivered. They finally responded on Jan 2, 2023 that they had been overwhelmed with orders so my "confirmed" order hadn't been delivered yet, and asked if I still wanted it delivered - maybe in mid-January. I declined, and the last message I received was that they had sent a message to their accounting department to issue a full refund. Now it is 1,5 months later since that last correspondence (and 2 months since I ordered the flowers!!), and I still haven't received my money back and there has been no response to my follow-up emails.
