The level of communications prior to and during the repair was outstanding ... Al communicated on several occasions by phone and email. As business owners ourselves, it was very refreshing to connect with Al and his staff in their Mississauga location. We have another MacBook Pro we are dropping off for repairs and would consider going nowhere else. Furthermore, while there, the owner was kind enough to offer and verify that I absolutely needed to replace my camera.
