The second surgery they tried to dig deeper which resulted in nerve damage which was excruciating. Now at 63 I have the hernia nerve damage and rheumatoid arthritis in my hips. I visited Dr. Bower with hope of some relief I had been to therapy many times before as well as chiropractors in the past. He did an X-ray the showed one hip was higher then the other so I started regular visits with the goal to even things out. I had forgotten that with treatment sometime it feels worse before and gets better because of the manipulation needed to even things out. After listening to my concerns, and 20 minutes of relaxation, massage and consultation, Dr. Han explained that I had a torqued pelvis, probably due to years of playing golf, not stretching enough, and bad body positioning during sleep. He fixed me up, and off I went. Since then, I've been back to Dr. Han twice, basically for the same thing (each visit six months apart) while I have focused on correcting the bad habits, strengthening my core and hips.
