They pretty much have always had what I was there to buy, except on two occasions although their website stated they were in stock. Overall the prices are competitive, either a tad more expensive or less expensive than Amazon (and we all know how they've cornered the market). Although I prefer to shop in person we have had several items delivered, with their delivery service being very quick. The times we have had deliveries it was FREE to do so, which brings me to finally realizing I had not done a review for this place. Today I went in and purchased a few items, but forgot to get one of their 5 gallon buckets. After getting home and realizing this I went on line to see how much they were and they promoted FREE delivery this very same day. So I ordered one and added a 2 gallon bucket for shits and giggles. I was notified that there was a problem getting both delivered today and the order was split. The 5 gallon did show up this evening and the lowly 2 gallon is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. This was a very low dollar amount order to begin with and I actually feel guilty about it. They were going to lose money on this minor purchase to begin with and now it's an even bigger loss! When I first walked in to drop off my equipment, the service center staff was incredibly unfriendly. I stood around waiting for quite a while before anyone even acknowledged my existence no greeting, no hello, absolutely nothing. Being completely ignored as a first time customer was a terrible first impression, but the pickup experience was even worse. When I went to pick up my equipment, no one was even in the customer service area. After waiting for several minutes, a young man finally came in. He offered no greeting at all, sat down at his computer, and did some work before finally barking "phone number" at me. After I gave it to him, he just walked out of the room without saying "wait here" or "I will be right back." He eventually returned with my equipment, took my payment, and did not bother to say thank you or have a nice day. I just walked out. Good service is not just about fixing the equipment; it is about how you treat the people paying for it. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Plants were limp and all the leave were brown and plants have died. Followed the instructions in the resolution emails and the plants did not improve. Have requested a refund with no response to that request. Surprised and disappointed customer and would not recommend to others.
