Hopkinsons, a family run business which has ben based in Worksop for many years, falls firmly into that category. Very profesional, but managing to retain the personal touch, should you have cause to call on their services then they'll handle all aspects of the planning and execution of the funeral for you, but will always consult with you and listen to your requirements. As well as organising venues, providing cars and so on, they also have a small and dignified chapel of rest at their Watson Road HQ. Having been told it would take approximately two weeks, I had to chase by both phone and email asking for pictures of how the work was going but got nothing despite his promises. When he finally did send a photograph I was so horrified I had to tell him to stop all work and return the chair to me. Having agreed a date for the return he then cancelled that day and I had to wait another 3 days and he charged me 'for work done so far'. My daughter is extremely upset that her grandmothers chair has been returned in such a ruined state. So beware, this experience has been absolutely horrendous.
