Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

They advertise every bounce house/water slide to be available online but when you contact them, they barely had anything available. Finally was able to find a slide we were happy with to only be contacted the day before our rental and said the slide we picked was now "unavailable to use" and offered a different one. We were then contacted and the guy said he wouldn't be able to deliver tonight (the night before our event). So we assumed he would deliver in the morning and when asked what time he'd be here in the morning, he said "it's just going to work out." Now stuck without an option for our event. Won't use company again. **In response to his comment.. you're right because you cancelled the night before our event.. you also didn't communicate with me directly so you won't recognize the name. I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. I ordered a 70…read moreft obstacle course with a water slide for my child's party and was charged $890. The day before the event, they delivered the obstacle course, but it wasn't a water slide as requested. The delivery drivers suggested I could just attach a hose to make it work, but when I called the company to confirm, they told me that would actually damage the unit. Because of that, they had to return and swap out the inflatable. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, especially for important events. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both literally and figuratively.
