I recently completed my Level 1 Reiki Certification with Alisha and I can barely put into words how incredibly amazing this experience was! I had been wanting to do this for quite some time but hadn't found the right healer whom I felt called to work with. Reiki has always been something I have felt called to, yet for me it has not been easy to find someone I fully trust to let in to my energy field. I stumbled upon Alisha as I was exploring new yoga studios. At the time I was experiencing an internal desire for change and pull back towards my spiritual side but knew I needed to do some 'house' cleaning before getting started. Over my time I've tried different approaches to understand myself and what I thought was wrong with me. I figured, it couldn't hurt to try life coaching. I did not realize that it is something to help you with who you will be vs therapy which focuses on who you used to be.
