The waiter service was terrible, I saw the waiter only twice, when he took my order after I waited for over 20 minutes and when he brought me my check. They weren't that busy, it was a Friday about 5:20. The lady who brings chips and salsa was very nice, she returned after I had waited 15 minutes and seemed surprised that I didn't have a beverage yet. The lady who brought my food was using a hotpad for the plate but the food was only lukewarm. The food was just okay, nothing outstanding. Portion Size For the most part the food is good with descent size portions, except for the Shrimp Fajitas. They charged $13.50 for 7 medium sized shrimp. I talked to the manager and he didn't find any fault in their serving size. This is a huge rip-off to the unknowing. I left the restaurant still hungry. This place has gone downhill fast. Food is horrible at best and service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for a table and the place was empty. Host wasn't very polite and made a comment "What is with all the 5 and 6 person parties tonight... I don't have time or room for this". There were only 4 other groups of diners in the entire restaurant, minus the bar area. Waiter was rude and pushy. When we were trying to decide what our son would eat, he picked up the menus off of our table and THREW them on a neighboring table and rolled his eyes because we must have been "taking too long". I never thought you could mess up refried beans, but somehow they succeeded in doing so. Even the Mexican ice cream was horrible... the outside crunch was crappy corn flakes that were stale and nasty. We live nearby and by the time we got home, my husband was sick. Everyone else feels ill as well. I do not recommend them. Please steer clear of this restaurant. Take some extra time and drive to Cocoa Beach or Satellite Beach for some great Mexican food. This was once my favorite place to eat but the quality of food has really gone downhill. I usually order camarones diablo and loved that it was spicy and flavorful. The last few times it has been bland with no heat at all. When I asked about it I was told that new ownership found it too spicy before and changed the recipe. This particular restaurant will not give you enough hot salsa even if you request it! My wife and I went there a few times and were happy but, this last time they brought us 2 bowls a little bit bigger than thimble sized salsa bowls. I asked for about 4-5 more and the waiter brought me 1 tiny one. I asked why and he said they were running low on salsa! Pretty hard to believe so I seen who I thought was the manager and called him over and asked him about it. He said they might be running low but, he said he tells his wait staff to give out only small amounts of salsa! We were appalled! We will NEVER go back to this restaurant. The waitress gave no help with drinks on the menu, the fork and knife had refried beans caked on it, my beer was brought to the table after we had eaten the chips and dip and when it was brought it was left on the edge of the table and she dropped the napkin on the table. Worst Mexican food I've ever had. I had vegetable fajitas and the vegetables were not cooked well. There were massive chunks of carrots and a red seasoning, that smelled of soy sauce, that covered all of the vegetables. After asking for no cheese on my refried beans and no sour cream on my plate, because I'm allergic to dairy, instead of getting a whole new plate they decided to wipe the sour cream off, leaving some sour cream on the rice and plate. Fiesta Azteca is one of my favorite eateries in the area. The service is always prompt and friendly. The food is so good and you get a lot of it for a great price! Last night my boyfriend had a #15 with two margaritas, I had the shrimp enchiladas with rice and refried beans and a daiquiri. We got out of there for $36 + tip and it's always tasty! The chips come with a mild salsa that's great on it's own, but they have bottles of hot sauce at the table to spice it up. During lunch they can get you in and out in 30-45 minutes. If you seek budget-friendly, quick and friendly with good, strong drinks, you will love Fiesta Azteca as much as I do. read more

I've lived in many different places around the country, most recently California..and have traveled to many other places that have great Mexican food (including Mexico) and I have to say that this is truly one of the finest Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. My family and I are regulars here, and we always have a wonderful experience. The manager and staff are all extremely friendly and make us feel welcome each and every visit. Being a new resident in the Suntree area, we gave Fiesta a try a few months ago and was good enough to warrant a second visit last night. It was nothing like I remember it to be. I love salsa...love it on the chips and I like to put it on my food. The salsa last night was, for me, some of the worse I have ever had. The only taste was the very strong taste of cilantro...which I don't like. My husband ordered a small dish of their hot salsa, which he liked much better. For dinner I ordered my favorite, a chile relleno. When my meal arrived, it was an oval platter with lots of beans and a square something on the plate. I asked what it was and was told it was my chile relleno. I was like...where is the pepper stem, where is the egg batter, where is the pepper???? Their version is a very small pepper, wrapped in tortillas...LOTS of tortillas! Not a traditional relleno at all...very disappointing. I also had the house margarita...nothing to write home about either...very watered down. The whole dinner was a bust, and we will not be going back. Don't waste your money on this place... read more

Ive been to this location twice. The first time i went was fine but i don't believe i will be returning after my most recent visit. I ordered take out and the entree came with a side of rice and beans. After i got home i opened the box and it had my entree but it had barely 2 TBL spoons of rice and 1 TBL spoon worth of beans. Talk about cheap - or they just weren't paying attention and didn't care. I'm not generally a picky person but i do like to get what i pay for and this wasn't what i paid for. To make it worse i called the restaurant and the manager was rude enough to give me attitude about it. He said he couldn't do anything about it unless he saw proof. - Seriously? like id waist my time complaining about some beans? i told him i lived too far away and couldn't come back. I couldn't believe he sat and argued with me about something so silly, all i wanted was an acknowledgment and maybe an apology - i just moved to the area and my husband and i eat out all the time - i just wanted piece of mind that it wouldn't happen again the next time. I wasn't even trying to get a refund for the beans- even though i believe it could have been warranted. What i RECEIVED was good but I'm not willing to order takeout again and have it be a surprise if they actually give me what i ordered. Fiesta Azteca Suntree is were I always go. tasty ground beef enchiladas. the fajitas were strange to me as they were coated in some kind of sauce - I'm not used to that and do not care for it. I will say the people here are GREAT! I just love the family, the daughters, the dad who is the owner and his beautiful wife - I don't know their names but they are the nicest people. Every time I go in there all of the employees and the folks that run the place are so happy to see me and it's not like I go here every day - maybe once every other month or something, sometimes a little more when I'm jones'in for enchiladas. I will say it's not the best mexican food I've ever had (I'm from California and it's hard to beat) but it's still good and the service is very friendly, there are always people eating here, the restaurant decor looks really great, nice and warm and mexicany. I love it. I feel like I'm at a real mexican restaurant. This is my go to mexican place. read more
