Do not be fooled and be aware of this company, OC Fiesta Center and Wow events. The have different locations with different names, yet it's the same owner. One of the reviews is from a flower vendor they have, hence his review is invalid. Do not waste your thousands of dollars on this company! My husband and I used their services for our wedding, July 14, 2017, and it wasn't pleasant. During their first contact the owner, Blanca, coordinator, Ingrid, were extremely nice showed us around all their venues near the area and promised us a pleasant experience. They advised us that we could go in one day before the event to decorate and plan the setting of the area. The day of the wedding came and we weren't given permission to go and drop off the alcohol, drinks, water, decorations, and props until 12pm. Our ceremony was at 3! The coordinator had told us to drop off the keys and that they would get all the things off our vehicle, but once again they lied. He had to get all the items out from our vehicle. My husband arrived at 2:30pm to the church after dropping off the items and he had to be there at 1pm for a photo session with his groomsmen. Since the limousine picked up my husband at the venue to drop him off at the church the limo picked me and all bridesmaids at 3:00pm ! My wedding ceremony at church had to start at 3:00pm!!! We didn't begin our religious ceremony until 3:30pm. Do to the delay and inconvenience this company had us experience we didn't have time to take photos with our bridal party nor did my husband and I have an opportunity to take photos after the wedding ceremony. I had bought sparklers for our first dance, pins for the dollar dance, and pens for our guestbook but during the reception they were lost. When food was served it was cold. They had told us they had an ice machine, but we had to pay an extra $50 for ice. Lastly, they offered to have us wait in the back cafe while we had our grand entrance and when we got there the servers and coordinator told us to go in through the front instead of the back like planned. Despite their disappointing performance, our day was wonderful because our friends and family were there with us to witness and celebrate our love. Yet the promise this company had offered wasn't like they had told us. Beware of this company for they lie and do not do business for the best interest of the client. My go to was Blanca and her husband and Blanca was very helpful walking us through the contract walking us through everything and letting us know what they had available and when they came down to pick out the colors I was a little skeptical but once I saw everything together it was beautiful everyone loved the decoration a plus to this is that Blanca 's husband had texted me before I arrived to the venue to show me how everything was set up and all the decorations looked I was honestly very happy to see how beautiful it looked so arriving to the venue I was already excited to see it all Blanca 's husband was very helpful at the venue he showed me around let me know who to go to if I needed anything he also gave me his personal number just in case I needed something the bartender was awesome their DJ is pretty awesome he did the sparks in the fog for us everything was right on I recommend this venue a plus to this venue is that it also has a small room off to the side or kids can hang out or you can have a photo booth parking is pretty big no one complained about parking everyone was able to find a spot and we had over 200 people at our party so all in all my husband and I were happy with the results we had our party at the Bekal in Anahiem this past Saturday read more

Hands down best customer service.. Christopher helped us plan a quince for 200 people in three months.. He was patient and very helpful when it came to decorations, food and times. He was very accommodating to all of us. He was quick to respond when we had questions and kept the line of communication open. We got to get in early to set up and was able to stay until guest came. We used the venue in Anaheim had tons of parking, space for our guest, food was amazing and bartender was really on top of it all.. They offered venues and prices at all ranges depending on your budget. They have the most up to date decor.. if you don't have time to plan your party and you want someone to fully take care of you contact them. Horrible customer service and experience -at the village of orange location- I went in with my family to get information for my sister 15 that we are planning. We wanted see what options there are and how we can start planing it. We waited to see the dresses. But that did not happen. We went in and no one was there. We waited a while looked around to see the items and dresses on display. We noticed a woman in the back looking at us. She just completely ignored us. Did not asked if we needed help. Today I decided to give a review about my event with fiesta center. I'm not great with words but let me tell you. It started like about 2 years ago calling for prices on places for events. Chris was the person who started working with me. I cannot thank him enough for how easy and quick things went down. He took me to a couple of places to see which place I like the most. They also provided different prices for the packets depending on how much money you wanted to spend or how much things you wanted. I ended up picking the most expensive since I knew that It had everything I wanted. We started a payment arrangement and went from there. He called me in to give me the heads up for events to pick out food decorations ect. I cannot say I made it easy on him and every time I call him with a different request he work with me. There were some things I didn't want from them and they substitute some for others with no problem. The time came and the place looked awesome it was more than what I expected I wouldn't change nothing at all. It was just perfect everybody love the food decoration it was a great feeling. I love working with chris Very professional young man he was in top of everything he notice thing that I tried to hide from him, Next thing I know hes taking care of it. Used Fiesta Center services for my daughter's Quinceañera. Blanca was very nice and was willing to work with me in regards to contract changes, so everything seemed so easy. Little did I know her vendors are sub par and do not deliver as promised. First off she charged me for an attendant for the day of the event, attendant never showed so I had to be stressed out handling the event. Second the DJ was supposed to have my daughter's name on the dance floor instead it was on the damn ceiling, then he was unable to play a video during dinner for our guest. EPIC FAIL! Our experience with this place was great. Blanca was attentive and always replied to my many questions. Our wedding turned out great and the attention to detail from her and all the staff made it a very special day for my husband and I. We met days before the wedding to set out a layout of the tables, dessert table, fruit table and all other details, the day of I saw some things were not where we had agreed but it wasn't a big deal because I also noticed that they did it to make the place look better and give more space for my guests to walk.
