I didn't try the food here but the espresso martini was to die for. A little on the sweeter side but I like the way they used coconut for the foam, it was different but a good different. Also our waitress was so nice and attentive. A great place for a drink with friends. Super lively on a friday night!

Beautiful bar. We stopped by during comic con weekend. Service was super fast! Staff were friendly. Drinks were so tasty. Ambiance was perfect.

Such a cute bar located in the lobby of Pendry SD. I really liked their menu options, there's a variety. This is a chill spot to hang out if you're ever downtown. Drinks are a bit pricy but worth it. They have uncommon ingredients you won't find at any bar. My drink came out quickly too. You don't have to stay at the hotel to drink here and walk ins are welcomed.

The food was average. The hostesses were rude and the service is average. GREAT location and nice atmosphere.

Went with some friends for the girl dinner. The charcuterie was amazing. We all left full and with leftovers. Such a cute idea!

Fith and rose is a great pet-friendly spot with such a welcoming vibe. I brought my dog Skyler and the staff treated her with genuine warmth -- not just tolerated, but really welcomed. That's something you don't find everywhere, especially in a stylish place like this. The atmosphere is relaxed but classy, perfect for drinks and good conversation. Whether you're stopping by for a cocktail after work or a night out with friends, it feels comfortable and easygoing -- especially if you've got your pup with you. Definitely one of the best pet-friendly places around.Cherah is great server!!!

3.5/5 overall: We ordered three cocktails and two appetizers, total without tip came out to $99. I'd recommend this bar to start or end the night with friends or a cozy date night away from the outside buzz of Gaslamp District. Inside decor is intimate and luxurious, and the drinks are sweet. We ordered the crab egg rolls (2) and truffle fries that were good as leftovers. Staff checked in once to take our order, doubled back to see if we wanted more drinks, but otherwise had to call for our check. The drinks came out quickly, but our apps came out after ~20 minutes.

We have popped into this bar several times before in the gaslamp area at the Pendry Hotel- sometimes this bar is empty and other times it is jammed with hotel guest, convention visitors and locals. This night the bar was slammed with only one bartender and a bar back. I felt sorry for the bartender as he was not only serving those directly at the bar but also fixing drinks for those at the tables. Too much for one to handle. And many of their drinks are complex. Despite the rush of people, the bartender still made solid drinks and provided the best service possible. What is expected of this caliber of a bar and the price of drinks that average around 20 dollars in an upscale location. We would come back to this location, during quieter times that we could relax with our cocktails.

We came in this place on a weeknight evening and it was very crowded. A great vibe with subtle music, cute decor and dim lighting - perfect spot for a date night cocktail. We ordered two espresso martinis - they were good and freshly made. They had a little bit of a fruity taste to them, but good foam ratio. Would love to come back and try some other cocktails, but it is a little pricey for the small drink!

Great cocktails right in the Gaslamp area. The atmosphere really depends on the night but regardless you'll get great service and the bartenders are doing some fantastic work. This is a place you stop in for a drink date or to regroup. It might not be the party stop but it doesn't miss when it comes to cocktails.

drinks went down too fast for photos. we had 5 drinks total they were all amazing but what made it unforgettable was Rafael- the bartender was so passionate out his job! his explanation of our drinks made the night- if only we could remember the ingredients

We made a reservation and although we arrived on time, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. I agree with some of the other commenters when they say that the revolving fireplace needs some love. It has the look and feel of needing to be updated. Also, for it to be a "speakeasy" vibe, you could hear the loudness of the bar through the walls. It just kind of ruins the facade a little bit. Regardless, we enjoyed the novelty of being slowly admitted to the speakeasy on the opposite side. We were given seats and upon first glance it was a dark lit space with an old fashioned aesthetic. I was surprised to see how casual everyone was dressed- I assumed there was a dress code, but I guess flip flops made the cut ‍. It took a few minutes for our server to attend to us, and when he did you could tell he was slammed. We just didn't get the table side manner one was hoping for an establishment like this. Peeking at their drink menu, I found myself disappointed that much of their options had a lot of sweet or fruit juice ingredients. So, I went for their old fashioned. For the price, it was just okay. Another disappointing moment. In all, it wasn't terrible, but it just isn't worth the hype. Overpriced and mediocre drinks and a seemingly overworked staff didn't make for a memorable experience and ended up not being for us. Glad to have tried it...but look elsewhere if you've actually been to a speakeasy. This just doesn't live up to what it's trying to sell you.

Our group was surprised as is was 2115, it's been open for about an hour and a half and packed. As you enter this old law office down a staircase one would find the "speakeasy statutes/rules" to maintain the 1920s atmosphere-- we loved the setting, the people, the drinks, and of course the live music!! One would not be disappointed. The cocktail menu was on an old record, which I thought it was so clever. Back to the rules, seems pretty easy! They mention to keep an open mind with the drinks as they do not carry vodkas, redbull, Budweiser or bulls**t. Mentioned a dresscode, more so be classic and states be respectful and don't be a di*k. Instead of checking on my well-being or ensuring the aggressor had left the premises, security targeted and chased me as if I were the problem. It is incredibly disappointing and dangerous for a business's security team to lack the basic situational awareness and training required to identify the actual victim in a situation.
