I visited this branch of 5/3 as I was in the area and needed to make a transaction.
There was one lady I believe her name was Jayden not sure, but she was outstanding and seemed to be their best asset. This young lady was working on the front, working at the drive thru and appeared to be taking phone calls, and maybe other tasks at once. There were other employees that appeared to be standing around or sitting on in an office laughing and not working with customers which caused me to write this horrible review. The bank should be very appreciative of this one young lady. If she wasn't doing her job and probably 3 more people's as well, they may as well close the doors.
Whatever she makes is NOT enough
Please let her know her knowledge and commitment to 5/3 is your saving grace at this location. Not many like her on this time that so many companies are begging for help
