He washed my hair for about 5-10 min including a scalp massage incredibly effective for relaxation after work. When he asked what I wanted, I simply said, "Please fix my hair keeping the length...". He did the rest. About 20-30 min after my hair was soft, beautiful, manageable. He used a spray to finish it that smelled wonderful. Haircut is between 100-150 zł for men/women depending on length. Totally worth it!

Unfortunately I was treated with complete indifference as if they were doing me a favour (this is the first time I've ever left a salon without tipping) and the cut was barely fine (I had to trim some loose pieces when I got home and I can't wait for it to grow out). 5 different people worked on my hair and I think I said about 2 words during that entire time. Bartek Janusz cut my hair in probably less than 5 minutes, proclaimed it done and never came back to see if I liked it as someone else dried and styled it. Then as I was leaving I was told that it's cash only. I almost didn't return from the bank. For this price there are scores of great salons in Warsaw where you will be treated with a smile and where you'll get a much better cut.

They had staff that were able to understand what I expressed that I wanted in English, which was an added bonus. The haircut was quick but done well, and I am happy with the results. The only thing that I disliked is that the shampoo/condition that they did before cutting seemed very rushed
