For years I had been dying to stop here as I live in North Jax. Finally made it out here and what a disappointment, not in the store but in the stank atmosphere created by the three associates. All of which stared at me and my cousin as we walked in and couldn't bother to say at least hi. We were in the store for approximately 10 min and not a single acknowledgment. Shame is I was willing to shop and purchase several adorable items I had spotted online, but that quickly vanished and shared with the other small businesses around, allllll of which warmly greeted us. Shockingly enough, the owner posted a video talking about things they've learned in 10 years and even goes on about the customer experience and how a store "made you feel", yet many reviews reference the standoffish atmosphere dating back 9 years up until now. read more

Tammy and I also shopped here during our stay at One Ocean. Tammy found a real cute pair of jeans and I bought a candle and hair bands while I was waiting on Tammy to try on her jeans. The material for clothing is super cheap, the details like zipper on the dress does not fit well. The return policy is horrible, if you want to return you have only 14 days to get only store credit. They do NOT give your money back no matter what. They rip you off big time here...horrible costumer service ..attitude to the max. I get better service anthropology, jcrew etc... save your money do not go here. read more

I completely agree with Ali and Brittany's reviews. I was hanging out in Atlantic beach with my aunt and her friend and decided to stop in here to look around. Honestly, just for my aunt because her friend is male and I am plus sized which they do not carry any of. They carry a lot of beach/bohemian/flirty clothes which are very cute. When we walked in, I said hi to the cashier. She didn't respond to me but did at least say hi to my aunt who walked in about a minute before me. I thought maybe the attitude was because I obviously wouldn't be buying anything for myself but after reading the reviews below, it just seems that is the way they treat some patrons. The store is very cute, well organized and has a light, airy feel to it. It definitely feels like a higher end boutique shop and the prices reflect that. My aunt ended up spending about $100 on a romper which was very cute. The cashier wasn't overly pleasant or welcoming when checking out either so it just didn't leave behind good feelings. Overall, I personally cannot shop here but I honestly wouldn't recommend it to people who can shop here because I saw that an employee has apologized to other reviewers, but the service doesn't to get any better. read more

I went in to get assistance and purchase a gift certificate for upcoming Holiday. Being the only person in the store and a middle aged male you would think I would have been greeted and asked if I needed any help while I stood patiently, hands crossed within five feet of the cashier station. No, the young lady was in no way interested in me while absorbed in texting. When she finally looked up at me standing there I picked up attitude and still no attempt to convey pleasantries, greet me or offer assistanc. It was radio silence so after several minutes I departed. As I walked out the door I hear a faint "have a good day". Just down the street I was greeted proper at another boutique and gave them my business which was a $500.00 gift certificate. Since then, I have read other reviews and it seems nothing has changed. A boutique should be a great experience providing niche uplifting products within a eloquent environment for total experience which is why folks don't mind spending more money. Waste it time! The business model there is not one of a friendly accommodating environment creating a good experience. One would think at this time of year, male customers would be a selacious opportunity for business. No wonder this attractive setting has no customers. Super cute clothes and store is adorable! However, the personality and warmness of employees is just not there... I had to say "hi, how are you?" to the blonde employee working at the front because it was so awkward walking in with no warm welcome. I absolutely love Fig and Willow! This store is so pretty, very well organized and has really knowledgeable, helpful staff! I stopped in to buy a top but they had so many good options, I wanted to buy it all! The owner was there and she was so nice and welcoming! She helped me find the perfect top! So...don't normally write reviews but this place really impressed me! Initially thought the clothes may be out of my budget bc it's so pretty and sophisticated in there, but everything was so reasonably priced!! It was SO refreshing & nice to buy a few good quality items without buyers remorse!! Also of note is how helpful the staff were. I was very excited to see a new boutique opening up in my community because I am an avid boutique shopper. The shops we currently have are to die for and have the sweetest girls working at them who always make me feel welcome and are always willing to help me find the perfect piece to add to my closet. This boutique however, has yet to live up to my expectations. Don't get me wrong, the clothes are cute and the store is very well organized. My complaint is not geared towards the clothing, but to the girls currently employed at the shop. I have been inside the store a total of 3 times now. Every single time I enter the store I have not received a warm welcome, or any help finding anything I am looking for. Nobody has ever offered to assist me or been kind to me the way the girls at the other boutiques like Drift, Jaffi's, or AshleGryre have. When you walk into a boutique it is expected that you receive a little extra attention while shopping especially at a smaller shop. I hope this store can pull it together because I would really like to see them be successful. read more
