I went there for repair and parts three times already. People are friendly, some speak English, some French (everyone speaks Dutch of course). I could get some repair for my son's bike, as well as good parts to fix my own. They can even fix the bike with your own parts or they can use/find some second hand parts to make it cheaper. Cheap is the best word to describe the prices you pay, either parts or labour. And since the result is good, I can say it is a good deal!

I had asked for a hybrid or road bike, but ended up getting a huge clunker (think the citibikes in NYC, Santander Bikes in London, or VeliBike in Paris). All bikes come with a bike rack and some bikes have panniers. The bike also has a built in lock for the back wheel. Bikes are relatively heavy, but held up well on the cobblestones and branches that we went over. Wheels and everything seemed true and no issues with the bikes what so ever, although I was scared if I got a flat during the ride that it would be a long day (luckily didn't happen). So if you find a bike, there is no guarantee that there will be an open slot at your destination to put your bike in. Brussels is small, so most of the time, you'd be better off walking. Also, it is very difficult to cancel your subscription - sending them an email won't suffice! Oh no, you must send them a letter, which is ridiculous, via post. Even if you've already emailed them! This is a pain and costs money if you live far away. I would say that Villo! sounds great, but in reality it is quite impractical, with lousy customer service. Avoid.

At the beginning of the trip, he made sure that we all had bikes that were suited for our comfort. He was considerate to different levels of bicycle riding and kept a good eye on the group to make sure nobody was lost. Additionally, Nikolas showed us some interesting parts of the city and tailored our trip to see and tell stories of things that interested or related to the group (interests and personal backgrounds). Overall, I would highly recommend this tour. Unfortunately, with all our questions and conversation, we weren't able to see some other areas of the city. I would have paid double to keep the tour going!

Terrible experience. I came in with a completely exploded wheel, clearly unable to move with the…read morebike, and the only response I got was that "it wasn't his problem." He even told me I couldn't leave the bike there because they had no space, and the only recommendation I received was to leave it at the station. No willingness to help, no alternative offered, just an eagerness to get rid of me. In an emergency situation I expected at least a minimum of courtesy or professionalism, but instead I found complete indifference and unprofessionalism. I will definitely not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
