Not once have I ever enjoyed doing so. I find the attitude demeaning and pompous. Of late the flowers last barely three days and little effort is made with even a simple bouquet. If you don't spend as much as they think you should they look down their noses at you and a simple courtesy that had so far been extended for four years, I was told this time was simply too much "because of what you're asking us to do". I've had enough of this "I won Chelsea 4 years ago" mentality and I will never go there again. You're a florist love, a shopkeeper that sells cut flowers, not the Duchess of Warwick Street.
