Dan showed up on the first day, asked for more money for "unfor seen expenses", wasted time unloading, only to turn around and leave for the day. Fairly certain he was drinking heavily, and possibly on some serious uppers. After no progress being made for over 3 weeks, we asked Dan to leave and voided the contract. A day after we had him come get his tools and things, we found a glass pipe with what must have been meth or crack in it, under the ledge where Dan had put his phone, drink, keys etc. Very disappointed in what we had been so hopeful about.
