The best coffee shop in Port. This place is also called "Cafe Cafetal" there are two listings for this place. This is a coffee plantation's roasting shop & coffee shop. It's in the same space even thou there is a private side door that goes into the coffee bean Roasting area. Not only can you get the 7th best coffee in the world here you can get a private tour of their coffee plantation a couple hours away by car. I've been coming here for great coffee since a few years back, great friendly reception each time! Their coffee is harvested in a particular way and the end result is quite delicious. The Barista is extremely charming and does an excellent job of preparing the coffee and delivering it to the table. Also just as Charming is the design on all of their cups, and the white space of the windows facing the ocean which allow for the best possible View. So ample is this view, in fact, that a tidal wave can be seen with ample anticipation if necessary. read more

I got a chance to visit the coffee shop and the finca that pertains to Finca las Nieves in late December. The coffee shop offers day trip and overnight tours of their finca which is about 90 minutes outside of P.E in the Sierra. The coffee shop is located right at the start of Zicatela beach and offers delicious breakfast options as well as many different brewed coffee options. I highly recommend the finca tour that is offered by the Café through Felix. Felix is the type of guy that loves his work, which is apparent in his knowledge and love of coffee. I would definitely recommend this tour as well as the coffee shop to any of my friends that are visiting P.E. read more
