He was to order them for me. Then to come back and fix leak replace tape ware. That was almost two months ago! I have rung them firstly to ask if they needed some money for the tap ware and when would they be back to fix the leak. No response, (i had also messaged Brian,). I rang again about a week later as there was a public holiday and schools holidays (giving the benefit of the doubt) no response. I finally rang again (leaving my third or fourth message and now four days later NOT ONE RESPONSE! If they did not want the job they only had to say so! BUT NO they accepted my job. Took all my information and came into my home to see all the areas I wanted new tap ware. (going from two taps to mixers in some cases). I FEEL ABSOLUTELY BETRAYED!

From our first showroom visit 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday, Brenda was enthusiastic about our project and working with us. She brought her expertise to bear in helping us select a functional, beautiful and affordable carpet to replace the existing carpeting. While we provided rough measurements for a bid, after we accepted the Hayes proposal Brenda personally visited and measured our home to ensure that an accurate and timely order was placed, as she did not want the Easter Holidays to delay our project any more than necessary. Brenda estimated when our carpeting would arrive and could be installed, and her estimate proved to be spot on. The only lapse of service I experienced was a failure of her staff to follow up with me to confirm our installation date/time after I placed two separate calls. I emailed Brenda directly on a Friday evening and she responded via phone and email over the weekend. The installation went smoothly and efficiently.
