I was in a lot of debt due to a car accident and being in between jobs, and the only way out was chapter 7. Max was kind, compassionate and has the patience of a lamb. Not to mention he insinuated to my mother that I would "threaten her" for use of her vehicle. Keep in mind that my mother is 70+ years old suffering from dementia, and is easily impressionable.
