I recently submitted my resume for a non-profit, operations position. My 25 years of professional experience and expertise aligned well to those being sought in the candidate for this position. I received a follow up note from the recruiter stating that the salary was likely lower than I was used to. Interestingly, I hadn't broached salary in my introductory email, at all, and was surprised by her assumption. I responded letting the recruiter know that I had been blessed in my career and purpose was far more important than salary at this stage of my life. I never received a response. Had a friend that was working with Ann Elizabeth that she totally ghosted after setting up a consultation. It's extremely disheartening that there are people out here that would do this to someone looking for a job which is already stressful enough. I agree with the other post about this company, obviously not people that are concerned about helping people but just padding their "prospect" numbers. read more

Friday I had a phone interview with Samantha at Find Great People (FGP) and I was told that their was a position for a secretary for college president that was now available. The conversation lasted approximately 20 minutes. During that 20 minutes I was told that I would be a good fit and I was qualified for the job. I understood it to be part time filling in for someone that was leaving for a period of time. I was asked to come to FGP the next business day (Monday morning) in Greenville SC to interview for the position. When I arrived at FGP I met with Samantha the recruiter and she asked what my expectations were (a repeat of the first phone call). Samantha asked me if I wanted short term or long term employment. Many more questions were asked about the kind of job I was looking for. At the end I was asked if I had any questions, I asked what happened to the job that I was asked hear to come and interview for. She said that was still a possibility and that I needed to fill out more paperwork. What was a bit strange was when I asked about the position Samantha said it was for a different college than we talked about on the telephone on Friday. This would lead me to believe that this is a made up position to lure people into their office to get them in their data base. Since there was no discussion about this position moving forward. This entire part of the visit lasted approx 4 or 5 minutes. For the next hour and ten minutes I was on a computer filling out electronic forms for their data base. Bottom line, I went to FGP to interview for what I thought was a specific position and was never interviewed for any position at all. In my opinion this was a big waste of a morning and my time. I dressed for success to interview for a position that as far as I am concerned did not really exist. I would caution anyone that would be expecting to come to this company to interview for a specific position to ask up front "am I interviewing for a specific job or am I coming to your location to fill out forms for your data base?" read more

I was really disappointed in the lack of response from FGP in Greenville. I'm a 44 year old professional with good administrative experience and skills that just moved back into the Greenville area. I was impressed with the FGP website as it portrayed the company's values and interests. Their job listings seemed to be a good fit. I contacted them about a potential job listed on their site and received no response. I followed up about 3-4 days later and received a quick reply that the job was in second interviews. I replied asking if FGP was interested in meeting and getting me into their system. I never received a reply. I tried contact one last time through the website, and received a form letter response. Nada... If they are not going to take a few minutes to acknowledge potential professionals, I have doubts about their ability to care for their associates. read more

Don't waste your time. seems they're in the business of just bringing in names/people to add to a list to show their bosses that they are attempting to recruit. nonexistent jobs, no follow-ups nothing. Become increasingly annoyed when you call because you really do need a job. Hit the internet on your own these people don't care. read more

This agency is like several others I have tried using here in the Upstate. They list a ton of jobs, yet no one ever responds. Your resume will be overlooked, and they do not even acknowledge they received it. I e-mailed Megan Coleman at this agency 6 times for different postings and even asked that she have the professionalism to at least acknowledge she'd received my resume and have received nothing 3 months later. I have sadly started bypassing any jobs listed by this company because I know NONE of the recruiters will respond at all because they do not think anyone is qualified for their listings. I'm not even sure how this company stays in business and I am not the first person to voice this opinion as several of my friends have tried this agency and run into the same issue. My only thought is that they practice age discrimination, favortism and only respond when they feel like it. They have no business being in the employment industry at all. read more
