After 13 years of being reliable tenants we have been treated disgracefully- from taking 4.5 hrs to do a house inspection to trying to add additional unjustified costs post-handover including claiming a floor had been replaced when it had not and refusing to address disputed items. The agents are inexperienced, totally in the pocket of the greedy house owner and refuse to communicate or answer questions. Do not rent from this company!!!

Also, while renting there, it was made clear that any minor mishap would be charged to us. A sad state of affairs that made it difficult to be comfortable while living there. The wifi was meant to be "fiber optic" but turned out to be very slow and dropped out from time to time. Also, our apartment was plagued with a mold problem. I would not rent from this company again.
