This is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, for both the Manager and Supervisor, 0 stars! I originally came in for a simple oil change and was advised that my front brakes needed to be replaced, which I agreed to. After the brake replacement, I immediately noticed a squeaking sound. I brought the car back, and the staff checked it and told me the issue had been fixed. However, after a few days, the squeaking returned. I brought the car back again and was then told that the problem might be the caliper and that it needed to be replaced at my expense, even though they were not certain that it was the actual cause. I agreed to the repair, but after a few days, the squeaking sound came back again. Only after another visit and a more thorough inspection did they finally identify the real problem. They fixed it--but I was charged again. When I requested a refund for the caliper replacement (which turned out not to be the problem), both the supervisor and manager refused. If a proper and thorough diagnosis had been done from the beginning, the real issue could have been identified right away instead of using a trial-and-error approach at the customer's expense. It is very disappointing that I was charged for a part that did not fix the issue, and even more frustrating that the management refused to take responsibility. Very disappointed experience Honda I bought a car on December 26, 2025. We negotiated an out-the-door price with no extra warranty, and the salesperson agreed to the terms. Everything got complicated when we went to finance. They kept us there for more than 2 hours insisting that we add an extended warranty so they could lower the interest rate, and they told us we could cancel it whenever we wanted. I went back two days later to cancel it, and they told me it would take 2 to 4 weeks. That time passed, then they said 4 to 8 weeks. That time passed too, and then they said the maximum was 10 weeks and there was no problem. The 10 weeks passed, and then they told us they had used the wrong cancellation form and that they would send a new one. I texted twice and called, and it took them almost 20 days to respond to me. This dealer has dishonest salespeople. My biggest mistake was buying my car at that dealership because they had a good promotion, but in the end it's costing me more. I had already bought two other cars at West Honda with excellent service and quality. Be careful, don't buy from that dealership, especially from that salesperson N. A. Ansary. **I have already sent you three emails. I even used a different email address in case you weren't receiving them, but I still haven't received any response. I brought my car into Findlay Honda in Henderson after getting an all-wheel drive warning on my dashboard for my 21 CRV hybrid, and I'm really glad I came in sooner rather than later. My service advisor, Andrew, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Unfortunately, my rear drivetrain was going bad, so I didn't get my car back right away. Even with that, Andrew truly went above and beyond he kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of during what could have been a stressful situation. As a retired 38 year auto and truck dealer my friends and family always come to me to buy and sell their cars. My niece wanted to sell her 2019 Alfa Romeo with 36k miles and I went to Kelly Blue Book to check value. It booked for close to $20 k retail. I received an "Instant Cash Offer" from Finley Honda of Henderson of $15, 100+. I received an email then from Finley Honda confirming the offer. I advised them I'd gladly bring the car down but I wanted to be sure that they were in that range within several hundred dollars of $15,000.  Their business development person checked with her management and assured me they would be. I even sent pics to them. I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. the next morning. I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and went in and gave the keys to management. I don't believe they ever drove the car as it never moved from the spot. After over half an hour they came to my table and offered me $11,000. While I was walking out he increased it to $12,000. What a scam! This is the purest form of "Bait and Switch". Take it from someone who was in the business for 38 years. Avoid Findlay Honda at all costs. They are not an honest car dealership. I firmly believe they do this same type of "Bait and Switch" in selling their cars. By the way, I drove down the street to the next dealership and they paid me $15,500 and thanked me for bringing them such a nice car. My family and I will never set foot on a Finley property again. The maintenance light came on in my dashboard so thought to get it serviced. Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation which I had hoped would be without complications, but instead was mistaken as it took all day despite my arrival in the morning. Here's why: Advisor didn't introduce himself nor was he very memorable and he just asked what I needed and goes into Honda recommended service that my car didn't need! He just said they would call me when it was done, didn't ask if I was going to wait for it or if I needed transportation. After initial meet and greet, there wasn't any communication or follow up with the status on my car except it would be done in an hour and a half. Great, I was good with that! Time goes by, all the people there before me and after are leaving. So, I go to Express Service desk to ask about my car and all they can say is "They are very busy". It is taking longer than expected, so another hour and a half. By now I am unhappy, if I had known it was gonna be longer I would have declined service. So now, he offers transportation and further discounts, but it's too late my patience is already waning and I feel like this is a social experiment gone wrong. So, I wait longer and then I never even get called. I had to ask about service update on my car twice and all the staff were just useless hunting for my advisor who seemed to be aloof or standing around. Mind you I have been to this location before for an oil change and even purchased my car there so service was excellent in the past, but sorry to say it has gone downhill. Who wants poor customer service, non-existent multipoint inspections, and not getting full approval for repairs? If you do, Anthony Carmona is your man. He had audacity to give me his card when I left at 2pm and said come back for 15% off service. Yeah right, can't even give accurate delivery time and gives shady customer service. This (Honda Henderson dealership) will not take any responsibility for selling me a voided warranty that they sold to Me from the beginning and It's been about a month now that my car is still not back to me. About a month ago I took my car to (Honda Henderson) where i purchased my 2019 hyundai Veloster N in September 2025 because it had an engine light and oil light on . Literally the next day I get a called from an adviser from (Honda Henderson Brian ) telling me that they can't do anything about my cars repair because they don't have the right tools to fix my car. Ok so he tells me that the problem is the (oil pump failure )so he hands me my warranty paper and keys and tells me to go over to a Hyundai dealership since (Honda Henderson) doesn't have the proper equipment to fix my car and I do that . Keep in mind (HONDAS Hendersons Adviser BRYAN) He told to take it to Hyundai as an excuse because he knew that the warranty wouldn't cover it because it had an aftermarket part that was sold with the car to me at the time of purchase but didn't tell me that instead he said they couldn't do anything at (HONDA Henderson because of the lack of equipment to fix the oil pump!! Keep in mind I had to get a tow truck twice in two days to get my car from my house to (Honda Henderson) then a 2nd two truck to (Hyundai Henderson) because the car was not driveable due to the oil pump problem . After leaving my car at Hyundai dealership for about 3 weeks waiting for the warranty to approved supposedly. My adviser at Hyundai tells me that (Hondas warranty ) WON'T cover the repair because it has an aftermarket part (air intake) which has nothing to do with the Oil pump problem and was there already when I purchased the car back in September. That same week I head over to (Honda Henderson ) to speak to Bryan the adviser and I tell him that the situation im having . He tells me that he will speak to his GM at ( Honda Henderson) to get in contact with the manager over at warranty to push it though and get my car fix but he doesn't guarantee anything. Ok one more week goes by . Keep in mind the warranty is voided but no one says anything. On the 4th week I decide to go in person at ( Honda Henderson) and speak to the manager of finance another (Bryan) to cancel my warranty . He says he will get in contact with the head manager of warranty department to push the cancellation through yeah whatever ! Keep in mind I've been keeping in touch with the warranty cancellation department and they said that they have not heard or spoken to anyone at (Honda Henderson) about pushing or canceling or approving or anything whatsoever . I'm currently still waiting to get my warranty cancel and hopefully get the whole amount back since I was sold a voided warranty . So after a month now I'm stuck with a $2,000 out of pocket cost repair because the warranty coverage that was sold to me at the time of purchase was voided this whole time (which HONDA HENDERSON never told me about it and I had to find out if I hadn't call the warranty my self !! read more

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience purchasing a 2019 BMW from this dealership. I was allowed to leave the dealership with the vehicle, believing the deal was completed. Shortly after, I was contacted and told that "nothing matches" and that they could not verify the information and needed me to bring the car back. This should have been verified before allowing me to take possession of the vehicle. To make matters worse, the dealership ran my credit five different times in one day without clearly explaining why so many inquiries were necessary. Throughout the entire process, I had to repeatedly follow up myself to get any updates. No one reached out proactively to explain what was going on. When I tried to get clarification, Eric was unhelpful and provided very little information about the situation. Overall, the communication and professionalism were extremely disappointing. Customers should not be allowed to take a vehicle home only to be told afterward that the deal cannot be verified. I hope the dealership improves its process so other customers do not have to go through the same stressful experience. read more

Back in December, I started my car buying process. I ventured into Honda with the goal of finding my next car. I arrived and met Ryan and to be honest I'm glad it was him. My interactions with him from start to finish were pleasant. I made it known from the start that I likely wasn't going to buy today and that I would be back. Ryan showed me several models based off what I wanted. I walked out of there that day satisfied with what I saw. I told Ryan I would be in touch and went to the next place. My process seized for a time because of the holidays and craziness. I remained in contact with Ryan, but this wasn't one of those pushy salesman interactions. He checked in, asked me how I was holding up. I didn't once in all my interactions feel pressure from him or the dealership. He sent me a deal one day and that weekend I was ready to pull the trigger and texted him that I was on my way. I got a great deal and the process was not overly time consuming which can sometimes be the worst part about these transactions. I got there at 9 and was out by 1230. I got a message shortly after I purchased my HR-V that they would give a check for my first three payments due to the worst customer service I received during the first review. Brought this 2001 Accord in on MONDAY, because of a crank no start. The car came with a security system that needed to be removed. Charged me $500, just for labor cost which is fine. Got the car towed back to my house. When the tow truck driver dropped it off, the window was down. Ok. Weird that's fine the battery was being drained, from the security system. Upon opening the door, there is almost what looks to be LEGO pieces all of the floor. Mind you, we didn't pay for parts, simply $500 for labor. Panels are left everywhere, and not an effort of even trying to put it together. So disappointing and disgusted of how little care was put into giving the car back. I understand it's an older vehicle but goodness gracious even putting the pieces on the floor in a ziplock back would've showed better care. Took my wife's van here for routine maintenance. Within about an hour, I got a call back stating that the car was damaged as they were taking it off the lift. They sent me these pictures showing that the bumper cover had been partially torn off. The manager acted like it was no big deal and that they would just have the body shop repair it. I was quoted 3 to 4 days For repair. I think we'll actually take longer. The car has PPF film on it which takes about a day to cure. They offer nothing more than a smaller CRV car rental as well as a 20% off coupon. Really reconsidering coming back for anything from this Findlay Group. read more

I had an appointment for an oil change on Monday, March 30 for my 2022 Honda Accord Sport and by the end of the day (5:30ish) I purchased a 2026 Honda Accord. Zachary was a great salesman. Somehow I left the dealership without my complete packet for the purchase and finance of my new car. The following morning (Tuesday) I made at least 3 phone calls asking about my packet with all my car purchase info. I clearly left my name and asked if it had been found. No one called me back. My salesman had Tuesday off. On Wednesday, April 1, I called my salesman's direct line and left a detailed message asking where my packet is. I never got a call back. Yes! He has a hectic job but he did sell me my car. Today is Thursday and I contacted US Sales and Marketing, CA and explained to Grace in Customer Service my experience. My question to her "was I treated this way because I am In my late 70's?" I have been buying cars for 50 years (several Hondas!) and I can't believe the dealership can't find my paperwork and notify me that I can stop in to pick it up. Or !?! My daughter took her CRV in for an extended special warranty on leaking seals on freon lines that was fully covered by Honda. The service salesman tried to tell my daughter the compressor and condenser we contaminated and those parts were not covered by the warranty, the bill went from free to $4,200. After she explained this was a common complaint with Honda knowing the seals caused the rest of the parts to potentially go bad but then the service agent would not cover any of the work once we brought up the chain of events that caused the total damage. We picked up the vehicle after paying $100 for them to bullshit us and they did not even replace the seals that were warranted. I bet they sent in the repair to Honda Corp for payment yet the work did not get done. Service salesman probably paid on commission. Took the car to a non-dealership service place and all the car needed was freon. Working fine. BEWARE they will try to rip off your daughters if they get a chance. Never going back again. read more

Had to drop them down to one star. I found out shortly after trying to get my ride all customized to me that they lied to me about the "infotainment" tech. I specifically asked the salesman about navigation, and he said it doesn't come with navigation, but it will connect to my phone and I can navigate that way. Turns out that's 100% false. The LX trim tech is stuck in the early 2000s where you have to select iPod to play your music, and scroll through your contacts manually to select one to call "hands free." I a follow-up email asking if I was satisfied I said certainly not. I got an email a few days later from the sales manager trying to mansplain Apple Car Play and asked if I needed someone to go over it with me. I informed him, since he's obviously clueless, that car play is not available on the LX trim, and apparently the only person who knows that is in the service department when I called to ask about whether it can be upgraded. The sales manager hasn't bothered to reach out again since. Had they been honest with me, or knew what the hell they were talking about, I definitely would have negotiated a better price on would not have bought this car. read more

Been going here for almost 20 years and had been extremely happy with both their sales and service department. Ever dince i moved to Vegas in 2004, I had leased/bought my car here. Service is excellent. Today however is an exception. I took my car in for service. The quote was different from the actual charge. Almost double the original quote; with no additional services added to the original quote. Taylor was my service guy and I have no idea why the actual amount almost doubled. It's sad because I have always been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I may need to go to another dealership for my next scheduled service. Hopefully they won't do this to me in the future.
