I thought it'd be rushed and non-personal. I was wrong. Oscar was great! He was kind, polite, patient (I asked a lot of questions) and very knowledgeable. Put it this way I went in HOPING to just find a way to break even or not pay a crazy amount.....and I left wanting to buy a boat!!! Jkjk, not that much. Even though my parents cancelled it out they continued to charge their escrow account so they were paying double insurance. My father passed away and my mom went in to speak with an agent about the issue of being double insured and lowering another policy that she held with the company and the agent completely disrespected and mocked her the whole time spouting absolute lies and upsetting her. The staff here is completely unprofessional and inept at dealing with customers. Save yourself the headache, snarky comments, and protect your money by going somewhere else.
