I was moving back to New York and they did not have weekend availability as I work during the week so they just kept my $100. after continually emailing them to refund me for a service I did not receive they said their policy is in the fine print at the bottom which you can barely see of course. to keep $100 for not giving a voice lesson is absurd and if I have to pay up front then at least show the schedule so I can see if I am even able to do it. this is my first yelp review I have ever written and it's absolute bullshit they could not just refund me.
