The location is right off of Biscayne behind Starbucks, so it is simple to get to. The bouquets are always gigantic and beautiful and fresh. The prices are incredible. The delivery is always fast. There are not enough good things I can say about Pop Heart. It's a no brainer. Every time I screw up and need flowers in a pinch, this is the place I go. They can get me out of the dog house faster than a dog chasing a cat. Everything about them rocks the casbah. Run, don't walk to this small business. Leave good reviews. Help them succeed. Upon selecting, it asks if substitutions for similar flowers can be made if some are unavailable. I was ok with some substitutions but what I received was not at all what I ordered. The bouquet was not substituted, it was just missing most of the flowers! The vase was also a cheap substitution and not at all like the photo. It was basically an expensive grocery store bouquet with a dollar store vase. I tried complaining to uber but they wouldn't refund because of "policy" although they didn't clarify what such policy is. Looking this place up on Google, I'm not even sure it's a real floral shop. Beware you don't get duped!
