After the gas line was turned on, a gas leak occurred, requiring PECO to replace parts on the gas meter. Based on the PECO technicians' experience, they indicated that opening a gas valve too quickly can sometimes contribute to a gas leak. On the other hand, DiBiase explained that, in their view, the issue was not related to how the gas was turned back on but rather to the age of the PECO meter, which they believe would have failed regardless. To the company's credit, they discussed the situation with me and provided an additional year of free maintenance. While I appreciate their response and the added maintenance, I'm not convinced the installation wasn't a contributing factor. I hope they review their installation procedures to help prevent this type of issue from happening to future customers.

There were also drips, if there was a wire across an area the guys didn't move the wire, there was just a wire shaped gap behind it. Shabby job. I would not recommend. It was not an easy job as one unit was on the third floor and the other unit was in the basement, but they managed both without any damage to my walls or carpeting. He also came out the same day to assess the issue and was super nice. He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. Within a day and a half he had a quote over to us with a breakdown & description of the work that needed to be done. This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind.
