He also did a check on my toilet, and he stated that it did not need to be fixed. Before I called this plumbing company I called Servicemark my old plumbing company. Servicemark was bought out by Horizon. I had Horizon people give me a estimate. They would have charged $680 more than Mays Plumbing. No wonder my old, honest plumber is not with Servicemark/Horizon anymore Looks like I found a new plumber with Mays Plumbing. Jamie was really nice, too.

After calling 4 places, it was PIR that called back and had a service person at my door within the hour. Troy was really nice (even on a dreary & rainy day: he had to work outside) and he acted quick to fix the problem. Price was much less than another company's starting quote, who could not even have fit us in, in the next 2 days. Would definitely call back for future issues.

Their quote was a good price and they even found a better plan for the install that cost us less money. The install was great; the township inspector actually said it was one of the cleaner installs he'd seen. We love our new heat pump and everything is working great. If we'd stopped there, this would be a five star review. However, they still needed to fix a couple of things, remove our old oil tank and give us the purchase information for the warranty on the system. At that point, all communication stopped. They did not respond to phone calls or texts for several months until, on a hunch, I called them from a different number. One of the owners actually picked up, PRETENDED TO HAVE PHONE PROBLEMS, and hung up on me. At that point, we hired a lawyer. It took more time, but eventually they did make good on their promises. And, to be fair, they didn't ask for the remaining money we owed them but we had to pay the lawyer so financially it was a wash for us. To sum up: install-fabulous, aftercare-absolutely terrible. As it is, I would not recommend Seal the Deal unless they get someone else doing the scheduling.

Did a great job! So when I needed a plumber again for a Shower drip and a toilet leak, I called again. Made an appointment for 1 pm. Waited all day and finally came at 5 pm. I was upset but I had already waited all day so I went ahead. Blaise showed. I took him to the drippy shower. I had the part already. It was a matter of taking the faucet off and replacing a washer filter. The second project was the dripping toilet. Blais said that it was a faulty flapper and he didn't have the part but would run to the Lowe's to get one. A BASIC flapper and he didn't have one with him!! I asked - before he went to Lowe's - to tell me how much the project would be. He said $300!!! for a detachable flapper and a washer in a shower where I provided the part?! I said never mind, he was free to leave. He said he knew what the going rate was and his price was fair. I told him "Fair or not, I'm not paying $300 for a 15 minute job and especially since you kept me waiting for 5 hours." Blais said "What do you care, you work from home! " I asked his name and he told me but then asked if I was leaving a review. I said I probably would. He then offered to do the whole job for free as long as I promised not to leave a review! As if I'd trust him to do anything ever in my home!! I asked him to leave and he started yelling that I was going to ruin a man's business and livelihood over being late and expensive! (You can't make this stuff up!) I had to sternly demand that he leave my home at once!!! He did. And I then fixed the shower in 10 minutes on my own. The next day I bought a $17 Fluidmaster kit and fixed the toilet MYSELF! He had misdiagnosed the problem. It wasn't the flapper, it was the gasket. So for $17 and 30 minutes of my time, I save $300. The lady who answers the phone (Blaise's wife) is very professional and considerate and accommodating And apologetic. But Blais behaved horribly, was irresponsible and inconsiderate in 5 hours tardiness, was rude to expect me to be inconvenienced in such a way because I work from home, and didn't even diagnose the problem properly! Thank you, YouTube and DIY channel. It has liberated women like nothing else has! I'll never call Done Right again!

This is a racket, they charge you 30 dollars a month to have the ability to be charged 31 dollars everytime the come to just check on issues and make recommendations. That leads me to my issue with them. We had them come out to check our kitchen sink, a toilet, and a leak in the water line of the refrigerator. They pulled out the refrigerator found the source of the leak said that they would turn off the valve to the water line to see if that stopped the leak. After again making some insanely expensive recommendations that we turned down they never checked if the leak had stopped nor made a recommendation about what to do with the valve. The leak got worse after they left and I called them a week later have them check what they did and it turned into being accused of tampering with the valve myself. After an hour of wrangling they made 2600 dollar recommendation just to fix the valve that they manipulated. I will never, EVER recommend them, poor service, constant runaround, and expensive products.
