Very Poor customer service at this place. I like the paint and products they carry which is the ONLY, I repeat, the ONLY reason I went back a 2nd time. And when I did It happened to be about 5 minutes b4 closing so I called them and said I was right down the street on my way to them and requested they wait 2 or 3 minutes for me to get there. To my dismay the gal answering the phone responds "as long as ur not buying any paint, my paint mixers leave in 2 minutes." Of course paint is exactly what I needed so I pleaded with her to make an exception and even offered to pay extra and submit payment right over the phone if need be. "Nope! Sorry, but I just asked the mixer guys & they don't wanna wait." And im just pulling into their parking lot as she is telling me this. And all I needed was a pint of paint mixed which took them a whole 5 minutes to mix the 1st time I visited this place. I don't think I will be going back there again. Drove across town in traffic. Was a couple of blocks away time was 4:55pm so I called to give the store aheads up i was around the corner. A person answering the phone rudely before i could get it out of my mouth explained they dont mix paint this late. I explained Iwas needing paint off the shelf. I arrived at the store at 5:01 as Iwas pulling up I could see a person in the back of the store looking. The lights were out and the office in the rear was lit. The door was locked and the person ducked in the back room . I own a business And would definitely wait for a customer if asked. I guess they have plenty of business .
