Once they get your phone number they will blow up your phone relentlessly. They text and call from all different phone numbers so you cannot block them. They do not understand the "Do not call registry". More than 15 unsolicited calls per day, 8am-8pm, 7 days a week but always the same pre/recorded message. I called Thursday 12/13/2018 and spoke with Shawn Devrey, I think that is the spelling of his lastname, and was told, I have to pay $ 400 for January signup and then $ 365 per month from then on. I asked him if I can get the agreement emailed and he said yes, he will email it out the same day. I did not receive it. I then saw on Friday 12/14/2018, National Insurance deducted $ 82. from my bank account. I have no clue for what this amount is for....I then called the offices 5 times ( 772 ) 223 7568 and ( 772 ) 284 4163 that day and left a message for Shawn since I was told, he is on the other line and will call back,....still, this morning, no call..... I had to get insurance by today so I found one online on my own. I left yet another message for him and also left messages at the other 2 numbers, to no avail. After learning that one of our 2 year old boys needed services, we switched to a blue cross blue shield health plan that was exorbitantly expensive so we could afford his treatments. Once our plan came up for renewal this past year, we renewed it with our usual broker with no issues. After being delayed due to COVID and waiting months on a waiting list, we were finally ready to start the evaluation process...UNTIL I received a call today saying our insurance was showing inactive. Come to find out, being a BCBS agent with access to ANY BCBS member, CORY LLOYD at Fiorella Insurance Agency in Stuart (NOT my agent, NOT my agency and NOT my city) CANCELLED OUR NEWLY RENEWED INSURANCE PLAN, changed our mailing address/contact number and resubmitted digital forms for a ridiculous 50k deductible 'bronze' plan (shittiest plan possible) just under the minimum tax credit allowed (as to not alert anyone or be sent a bill) FOR MY HUSBAND ONLY....(thus cancelling mine and our boys coverage) COMPLETELY ILLEGALLY, FRAUDULENTLY AND WITHOUT OUR CONSENT! BCBS has been notified and a case opened, another case has been opened against him through the state of Florida division of consumer services and we've hired attorneys to review what happened. Continuing text messages from short phone number 974-18 stating open enrollment for 2019 is here. Multiple a week, almost daily. Texted "Stop" and it stated thee texts were from "Fiorella Insurance Health insurance", based out of Florida. I don't live in Florida, I have health insurance elsewhere, I have no idea how they got my number, and these texts are just pure annoying. Texting "STOP" will hopefully have worked, but shouldn't have to been done. The reviews here speak for themselves, I've never spoken to anybody at this company but I'm positive it's a scam based on my experience via text and phone calls as well as other reviews.
