I placed an online order directly on Fiori's website for delivery two days later. I was pleasantly surprised (actually shocked) that there were no additional charges for delivery, or processing like so many other florists. Within a couple hours of placing my order, Fiori's called me to tell me they were completely sold out of the item I ordered, and wouldn't receive any from their supplier in time. They discussed other options with me, and I agreed to their recommendation, while also requesting that the move the delivery date up, to the next day, which they agreed to accommodate. When the recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement, Fiori's definitely got it right! Given the opportunity to use them in the future, I will! read more

Ordered flowers for a relative's funeral online. I received 2 calls from the staff regarding clarification on my order the same day of the order. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, I did not receive my confirmation of delivery email in a timely manner. I emailed the company in order to receive my delivery confirmation. These folks are the real deal. It wasn't until the afternoon of my deceased Aunt's 6pm viewing that I realized that I should be sending flowers (I'm slow on the uptick sometimes). I saw the reviews on Fiori's and decided to find out if they could get the delivery done that fast. I could tell by speaking to the lady there that this place was old school quality and the job was going to get done right, and indeed it was. They delivered a large wreath with beautiful purple flowers on a stand to Kingston & Kemp on time. Several members of my family commented on how nice the wreath looked. I needed floral arrangements for a rehearsal dinner. I worked with Marie, the owner. She met me after hours on a Saturday afternoon, which I greatly appreciated. I told Marie the colors for the wedding ceremony and she pulled a sample of beautiful flowers together in a matter of moments for my dinner. Marie gave me additional ideas for the dessert table also. I ordered the Totally Tulips this week for my mother's birthday. It is by far the worst bouquet of tulips I have ever bought for the amount I paid. Rip Off! After doing some research on the company, I decided to upgrade to the (Deluxe) thinking that this will add on just enough to make my mother's birthday present even more special. Imagine my surprise when a small mediocre arrangement of my mother's favorite flower is delivered to her. When I called they gave the excuse that the flowers were out of season. If that is the case then shouldn't the company not offer the flower and upgrade options when the flower is out of season?! I am extremely disappointed in my purchase and do not plan on ordering from Fiori's ever again. read more

I live in East Windsor and my Son had an appointment in Trenton. Being a business owner, I was very confident that every florist was going to be very busy on Valentine's Day. My Son and I were looking for a half dozen roses at a good price and possibly if the Florist can wrap them in three's. Easy right? We shop around to about 3 stores to finally come to Fiori's. We called first to see if they were open in which the time was about 9:15. I called an older lady had answered. I had asked for my request. She said it was $25 without the vase but they were very busy but they can see what they can do. I had asked if they were open at that time. The lady said yes. I had thanked the lady for her time. Great price! I made a dash to the store. We were at the Encore Florist around the block so it took about 5 mins. Upon entering the store in which the door was open, an older lady meets me in front of the store and says, "All of these bouquets are sold." No, "Good Morning" or "How May I help you?" Or "Hello." I had said to the lady it's ok I had called about 5 minutes ago on a half dozen made In threes. The lady turned to the others workers and had asked them did they answer the phone about a half dozen. The women said they didn't answer the phone at all this morning. The older lady turns around and says you called Encore Florist. I said, No. I just left that store. I had repeated the number to their store in which is 609 695 1700. The lady is convincing me lady I have gone crazy in the last 7 minutes of my life. There were other customers ahead of me who were making a bouquet with the florist but the lady told me that they were closed. She snatches the 6 roses out of the fridge and rips the pedals to barely none. I really didn't understand what the issue was. The business just made more money. I had reminded her if she can wrap them in 3s. She yelled, What?! I repeated myself and she rips the second round of paper that it was too short. Clearing the air I said, "your price on your half dozen roses are very nice, pretty reasonable for $25." She sighs in anger and says their not $25. She looks at the price list and said that they were $45 with the vase, without $35. I had confirmed with the older lady with glasses that I had called about the prices. She simply said I did not call the store. I had thanked the lady for her time and my Son and I walked out. Like I said, as a business owner, the level of customer service was very daunting. Very rude all around. The store is very outdated from the last century. 1990? Renovate it, have new employees who are live and upbeat to give guests their best experiences. read more

I went to Fiori's as I had a business trip to Trenton and wanted to visit my friend's Mom Mom's grave nearby. It was freezing but I asked for a fresh arrangement around $40.00 and the wonderful woman working said " There is no need to spend so much in this weather but I will make you a nice arrangement". She made a beautiful bouquet which I was very happy with and for far less than $40.00. It meant a lot to leave something beautiful at grave as we so rarely get down from NYC. A real nice treat to be treated so well at a business I have never been to and could have charged me far more. I am going to tell my company's large center nearby to please use them when they need flowers. Honest, compassionate service ! read more

Very disappointed in the customer service of this business. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, to be delivered before the first viewing. When I arrived at the funeral home to pay respects, my arrangement was not there. I called the florist, and they confirmed they delivered the arrangement at 1:00 pm. I checked with the owner of the funeral home and he explained the arrangement was in his office and would be put out after the family leave for the dinner break. He explained that florists call to find out what the arrangements are, and are advised to get the arrangements there well before the time the family is expected. The owner explained that once the family arrives, he will not disrupt the viewing to arrange late flower arrivals. When I asked the florist, who was still on the phone, why they were delivered late, the woman on the phone argued with me stating they were there at 1 pm, and they did what they were supposed to do. After a few minutes of this back and forth, I ended the call. If you want your arrangements to be delivered on time, I would suggest you find another florist. Even after stating my disappointment in their delivery service, no one contacted me later to apologize or offer any kind of remediation. While it looks like they offer 5 star service to most of the folks who have reviewed this business, how many others have they ignored who haven't bothered to leave a review? read more

Last week I ordered a basket for my parents' anniversary. It arrived on time. A week later I am visiting my parents and the basket is intact ( they only ate one item from it). I'm sure floral arrangements are beautiful based on reviews but this basket was a disappointment! It contained a box of Nesquik chocolate, a small Yahoo chocolate drink, a box of popcorn, and a can of cocktail peanuts! Regular supermarket everyday items! I've ordered baskets before that contain gourmet items - nothing special here. For what I paid, this basket was not worth it. Lesson learned: if I ever order from here again, it won't be a basket. read more
