Specifically, I question why the documents were accepted and maintained without notarization, and why I was denied copies of the notices upon request. I respectfully request clarification regarding the legal authority, departmental policy, and procedures governing these actions. Given these concerns, I believe this matter warrants review by an appropriate oversight organization to determine whether proper procedures were followed and whether my rights were adequately protected. Individuals who have experienced similar issues may wish to contact Judicial Watch or another appropriate oversight entity to inquire about available avenues for review. This statement reflects my personal experiences and concerns and is intended to request transparency and accountability regarding the procedures followed in this matter.

Then when I got back into town they FOUND MY CAR a few blocks away, but were going to CHARGE ME FOR THE TOWING/STORAGE. Yep. You steal my car, the police "can't" investigate because I'm out of town and then when the car is found they want me to pay. The officer talked to his supervisor but there is "nothing we can do." Also I did not have insurance since the car was being "stored." And this is "justice?" No, this is capitalism and greed and whoever heard of not taking a police report since I wasn't there to sign the paperwork! The people who stole my car 100 percent got away with it. At mim the police need to work something out with the people who store/tow cars. The last thing thing that should happen is the "victim" should be expected to pay.

I pulled off the road ready to call 911, letting the guy know to fallow and the jackalope roared away in a cloud of dust. It…read morewas interesting to know that quite a bit of their area of operation deals with the rugged mountains to the east besides the "Lost Coast" and coastline north of them. They do alot of the SAR/Law Enforcement duties that in other larger cities they have air-ops from police or fire that would handle it. Surprisingly quite a few of their "calls" are for evacs for car accidents in the mountains. Beside SAR along the coast they also help local law enforcement with locating illegal crops in the mountains. They are very friendly there and willing to share there job experiences, duties and equipment. Knowing some of the Coasties in Los Angeles I could see their similarities and differences in what they deal with, weather being a big one. Also Eureka is a "Coast Guard City", one of a handful in the US they whole heartily supports the Coasties.

Each below have their own a separate review. New to us: * Sequoia Park & Garden - the garden featured a wishing well and a gazebo. Lots of flowers in bloom which is generally between May and September. * Sequoia Park Zoo and The Redwood Sky Walk - The Sky Walk is accessible only through the Sequoia Park Zoo. Enjoyed both attractions! The suspension bridge was my highlight but I also really liked seeing the flamingos! * Fort Humboldt State Historic Park - cool history where future U.S. President, Ulysses S. Grant, served as a Captain and commander of all Union forces during the Civil War. This place is said to be haunted. * T.J. Maxx - just passing time before movies. As we were about to leave town to head back home we stopped by downtown on Memorial Day. Many businesses were open including: * Old Town Square - historic charm and for the most part I didn't see too many homeless people on the streets as many have mentioned in their reviews. We came around 10:00a. * Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate - located right on the waterfront of Humboldt Bay. Sampled some artisanal chocolates and enjoyed a Browned Butter Rice Krispy Treat from their cafe bar. * Los Bagels - tried their Scrambagel for the first time. Very good in organic sesame seed bagel. This is a cafe with Mexican and Jewish influence. Revisited: * The Donut Mill - Ham & Cheese Croissant for breakfast * Broadway Cinema - "The Last Rodeo" [an Angel Studios production] * Brick and Fire Bistro - featured in DD&D twice... first one in and we got to sit inside the main dining room this time. Had the Kobe Fettina Steak again. We've pretty much explored all we wanted to see in the City of Eureka so won't be back in a long while. We'll probably revisit again in a few years. Problematic situations aren't your problem if you don't apply yourself to them ,housing is reasonable for California It does not have some of the general issues as often is other spots in the area such as power outages or poor connectivity It's kind of small but there is always a lot going on if you're into roaming and budgeting, actually fairly quiet at night There are a few negatives, quite a bit of homelessness and addicts but that's everywhere now. I've been homeless so it doesn't bother me aside empathy Thank you eureka police for being respectful and empathetic to people and not robbing shooting and beating people on a regular basis people here complain about the police far too much. I blame that on addicts and hippies and some old anti police attitude mess. I used to sell drugs in other states. I would check out book after book with no problems at all--lots of books at a time even. I learned more from reading these academic library books than from my classes. Great selection of poetry, too. I mean GREAT. And to top it off, there's coffee! I miss having access to so many wonderful books.

What I Love about this library is that you can reap the benefits of various resources especially if…read moreyou're at HSU student or alumni. For instance you can rent out books, articles or scientific periodicals from other California state universities and I was told also order from international Universities. The benefit of being a grad school is that you can have books up to one year until return date is due and rent out their cam corders and camera for an extended period of time . I started off at this school in 2017 and I definitely have seen many renovations through the years including the café, study rooms, tall shelving and interactive group desks, where group members can meet an use a TV to connect to class projects or the Internet. Till this day the library still has a glass case where they display a wide assortment of clubs, issues and events on campus, with nice added touches of regalia/memorabilia! I highly appreciate the fact that this library recycles electronics this can be found at the exit of the library in the main entrance.
