We also purchased a new home with this company's sprinklers and fire suppression system. Trying to get any help is futile. I sent them contact emails thru their website and zero followup. We bought new construction and when the system failed couldn't find contact information anywhere in our documentation. When I did get their number from the builder, FSS said that they don't do repairs on anything out of warranty. Both of the companies I contacted for the repair are both very familiar with them, and say that they keep getting calls from people trying to repair problems that FSS created by using cheap parts and general shoddy work. When you have a problem with your Fire Sprinkler Systems, Inc sprinklers, don't call them! You get a jerk who tells you it's not his problem and won't refer you to anyone. Told me he installed my system in 2006 when the home didn't begin construction until the end of 2007. Never trust this company! read more

They pre-installed the fire sprinkler systems in my home that was purchased (new) a couple years ago. Earlier this year they came in to service my home because the sprinklers were recallled. They swapped out the recalled sprinklers with new ones A few months later, one night one of the sprinkler covers just popped off and the sprinkler lowered....luckily it did not turn on. Also lucky that did not hit anyone when it came down. That could have been very dangerous. I was cooking at the time and I heard the impact as the cover hit the ground on the floor below. I called in to let them know what had happened. They then scheduled an appointment for July 11 at 1pm to repair the sprinkler. July 11, 1pm, no one arrives. I wait at home the entire day. No one arrives. I call at the end of the day, asking why no one came. They say that department has already left for the day and forward me to a line where i can leave a message. It's been nearly two weeks and I have heard nothing. Missed appointment. No response from customer service. And I still have a hole in my ceiling with a sprinkler sticking out. I would give this company zero stars if it would let me. They are unreliable, unprofessional and downright rude. They came out to fix my faulty sprinklers and they reeked of marijuana. They are very unprofessional when they speak. I have informed every one of my neighbors to not use this company if possible. read more
