I have purchased a few firearms from them, and Michael is always great to deal with. Most recently I was put on a notification list for a newly-released gun. I missed their first arrival by seconds, but wasn't too discouraged. Michael kept me on the notification list, and before too long, it was my time. I am lucky to have a great local FFL dealer too. Every transaction with DGS has been hassle free. Items ship fast (Well, they have to), and communication is great. If they have what you're looking for in a CZ/Dan Wesson, don't bother going anywhere else. Competitive prices to go along with top-notch service.

A few had a feature where I could sign up to a mailing list and be notified when the pistol was in stock. But, Michael, a representative at Damascus went out of his way by adding a personal note to my request in order to bring attention to my inquiry when they get their pistols in stock. He also answered every single one of my questions promptly and courteously. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service and the fact that they went above and beyond to help me get the pistol I wanted. I highly recommend this gun store.
