If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a rifle (Zastava) M-70 from Jerry and his band of thieves on Gun Broker. I pick up this rifle 2 weeks later from the gun shop (FFL). It takes me a while to FIND/buy ammo. When I take this thing to the range, I'm confused and horrified because I have to set the rear sight to 300m just to get it on the target at 50m. At this point I figured I'd try different ammo and set it up for optics. Side AK style rail and a red dot or scope. This all took time as EVERYONE is backlogged due to COVID 19 and lack of ammo. After getting a scope and new ammo, the rifle was still woefully inaccurate and I started to send messages to Highland (but lowlife) Arms. After a few weeks of crickets, I called and spoke to Jerry. This "hay-seed" tells me there's nothing he can do about it because it's been over 60 days. Hey says, "Sorry friend." By the way, their Gun Broker listing said "New" under the heading "Condition" and "Unspecified" return policy. I even called him prior to purchase to discuss the history and condition. He said, "its beautiful, you'll be happy when you see it." Ask yourself, what kind of gun shop sells a rifle without checking it out? Without testing it or boresighting it? How long does that take, 30 minutes? Wouldn't you worried about your reputation? I guess not. They KNOWINGLY dumped a lemon on me using Gunbroker (which I'll also never use again), then hide behind a policy technicality to DO NOTHING. I asking Jerry to fix it, using one of his gun smith, or give me a refund...nothing. I guess it's all about the benjamins hey Jerry? If I sold someone a tool, bike or a pick-up truck and they realized there was a major problem with it that was existing (leaky radiator or intermittent electrical problem) I'd SURELY help out to make sure they were happy and didn't feel ripped off. I guess 22 years in the Air Force instilled that high level of integrity in me. Not 'ole moonshine Jerry and the lovely people at Highland Arms. I look forward to dropping in next time I'm back east. So, PLEASE take your business elsewhere!! There's no need to risk getting bad product support and customer service. There are plenty of gun shops trying to get your business and plenty of honest business men out there. AND use Gun Broker very, very carefully because the company is PRO-SELLER and the sellers lie. read more
