We were a little underdressed. We Thought we were going to get burritos at freebirds. We walked in a little embarrasses as we were in shorts and sweatpants. Even so, they made us feel welcome. Very nice semi upscale restaurant, well trained staff. Great service - One of the plates was made wrong, and without asking or hesitation, they replaced it. Those seasonal vegetables with the basaltic glaze. We both agreed they out of this world amazing. Ribs were fall off the bone tender tasty. We Cant wait to go back. You go to give this place a try.

Came here last night with my sister. The moment we came in we were greeted by Vee with a smile. Then our waitress Brittney was awesome! We ordered everything she recommended Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, honey garlic chicken and carrot cake (warm) frosting - tip Carmel on the side it's very sweet. All of the food was delicious and the service outstanding! Very nice ambiance for an early Friday dinner.

For a Friday night, it didn't seem too busy. We were sat on the patio, so we got the chance to order from the bar menu. We loved the shrimp appetizer we got!! We wished they had the fireplace going, but it was a nice atmosphere. The survive was great. The food was delicious. We will definitely go back! Even though they never brought us the bread...

So today we tried something new for my hubbys birthday he wanted steak. I told my boss that my husband wanted steak and she said Firebirds is great go check it out. So here we are and omg it was so good you guys definitely need to get their deviled eggs OMG fluffy goodness with candied bacon my husband had a chicken tortilla soup and he said it was bomb. I ordered the grilled salmon with shrimps. It was so yummy the sauce they had on top of it was great fresh crunchy vegetables, really amazing. My husband had a filet mignon with garlic, mashed potatoes and veggies on the side. He said it was great for dessert. We had the apple bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce really yummy and then we had amazing crème brûlée cheesecake with strawberries. I tell you it was really good and not only was the food good the restaurant is really nice. Very pretty inside. Has an amazing big bar and it is very romantic set up our waiter. Rachel was amazing. She made sure our drinks were filled and our bellies were full. She kept checking on us if we needed anything else she was very attentive thank you Rachel for making this an amazing birthday and wonderful night. We definitely will be back

We decided to try for our anniversary. Our waiter was great! It was a nice cozy atmosphere. We ordered the deviled eggs and cheesesteak egg rolls as appetizers. The deviled eggs were fantastic. I ordered the filet and requested it well done. My husband ordered the salmon and shrimp. My steak arrived and was tough and medium rare at best. My husband's shrimp was grey and undercooked and the rice pilaf was ice cold. We sent them back and waited and waited and waited. We finally decided to leave without eating the entrees. Would not recommend this place at all.

The swank, Art Deco atmosphere matches the hotel perfectly, but the food is the real star. For lunch, the Wicked Burger was phenomenal. Built with cheddar, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and a rich sauce on a toasted sesame brioche bun, it hits every savory note perfectly. The rest of the table was equally thrilled with their choices, including the French Dip (loaded with caramelized onions, provolone, and horseradish-garlic aioli on a baguette with a stellar au jus) and the crisp Steak Cobb salad. The truffle fries were a massive hit and a frequent topic of conversation around the table, and even the fountain Diet Coke was perfectly calibrated. I'd be completely remiss if I didn't mention the monster rolls brought out for the table--they are giant, incredibly airy, golden popovers served with a spectacular rosemary honey butter that steals the show before the main course even arrives. For breakfast, I wanted to stay on the healthier side and ordered the Sinclair Breakfast with chicken sausage. The sausage delivered incredible flavor with a perfect, distinct peppery bite. The plate was beautifully balanced with delicate microgreens, and the breakfast potatoes were a total standout--perfectly executed with a great outer char and deep flavor. Paired with excellent, robust Lavazza drip coffee, it was a flawless start to the morning. Across both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly attentive with beverage refills. Top-tier service, great quality, and an absolute must-visit in Fort Worth.

We ordered the bone-in ribeye with wicked sauce (their own made version sauce of steak sauce, amazing!), pasta bolognese, potatoes, and the cauliflower. We tried the banana pudding for dessert. Made just right, and wasn't overly sweet. For drinks, we did the espresso martini and their version of the aperol spritz. The vibe and the ambience were dim, but not dark. Good for a night date night or dinner with good friends.

However, I find the food to be quite a let down, not worth the price. I had the sourdough and it was good. I had the steak and fries for the main course with the upgrade cuts of steak. The fries were well seasoned however not all was good evenly and some over cooked and some undercooked. The steak was okay, the sears were bad and so was the overall flavor. Overall, I think it's a great place for a business meet up and if you are standing at the property but nothing too special. Note: this was lunch menu and I heard the burger here is good so many you can try that but I wouldn't recommend the steak at all.
