I am so excited to have recently discovered this lovely holistic venue! They offer a variety of services to nurture both body and spirit, as well as many interesting workshops and recurring events. Everyone is very friendly and the facility is welcoming and inviting. So far, I have had two acupuncture treatments with Michael and have found him to be a caring and compassionate practitioner. As someone new to acupuncture, he has made me feel comfortable and at ease during our sessions. Michael is informative and takes the time to listen and answer all of my many questions without ever making me feel silly or embarrassed. If you've never visited Firefly Hollow Wellness Center, you are really missing a great experience. They offer so many interesting opportunities for growth and wellness. They offer some really interesting workshops. The classes offered are of high quality and are well presented. They have a Facebook page and an app that describes their offerings. The app makes signing up really easy. My favorite activity there is Cranial-Sacral therapy with Jenny Rivers. It's so relaxing and Jenny is amazing. I've been to Firefly Hollow Wellness Center for several appointments and always have an incredible experience. The center is beautiful, relaxing and quiet. You're always greeted with a smile. The massage therapists they have on staff are licensed, knowledgeable and create a relaxing and healing environment. I do not go anywhere else for massage therapy. They also offer a wide variety of other services including energy healing (reiki), chakra balancing, detox packages and yoga. I can't say enough good things about Firefly Hollow. I usually get a 60 minute reiki massage and it is fantastic. Kara is so easy to talk to her story is amazing. Her space is lovely, warm, welcoming and calming. I was new to reiki and was walked through what was reiki so I could learn. We discussed a lot of different wellness options and I'm so excited to go back for yoga. I had a session with Angie and invited her to use her intuition in the session which she did very well. One of the things I appreciate about Firefly is that the staff is excellent in combining intuition with personal training in whatever they specialize in. I had a spectacular session with Coral today! I have never had a raindrop therapy session before. I seemed to be getting a cold and all the anti-viral oils must have helped! Firefly hollow is a lovely place, in a great setting. Very relaxing and comforting. I usually see Kara, and she is a beautiful person who always gives me great advise. I would recomend her to anyone who needs some direction. I've never tried some of the other services offered, but I would bet that everyone there is fantastic as well. read more

I always wanted to try yoga but I was to nervous to go. My husband bought me a giftcard to Firefly so I had no choice but to go. I am so glad I did. They have beginner friendly classes and you never feel like you don't belong. Everyone is nice and helpful. Love this place. I just wish I could make it there more often. read more
