I'd rate this 2 1/2 stars maybe 3. The place is very cool looking and the staff is friendly. I had a multigrain bagel with egg whites. The first order came out and it was egg whites and cheese on a bagel so they took it back. Next one came up and it was fine. The bagel though was ok the dry side. I asked for it toasted but it was still dry instead of being toasty on the outside and softer on the inside. The egg whites weren't seasoned even though I asked for salt and pepper and honestly, it was the most anemic egg white sandwich I'd ever seen. The egg whit didn't even cover the bagel. read more

Would love to review the food here unfortunately I can't because even though I walked in at 2:42pm I was told that the grill and slicer were both closed. Now I realize that they close at 3pm but I think I could have at least gotten a deli sandwich if not something hot. The owner was standing right there too but rather than offer up something he was too busy figuring out where to put more fire fighting memorabilia. So I shook my head and walked out. Just sad. New place that opened up figured I'd try them 2 days in a row, ordered the same thing both days. Bacon cheeseburger w/ fries medium well , 1st day the burger was so well done it's was burnt on both sides beyond well done. The second day ordered same thing, this time is was so rare I could only eat half of the burger an they forgot my bacon on the burger. Besides having to waiting for over 30mins on a phone order as well, kinda makes it really hard when you have 1 hour for lunch break, I will not be going back in the future... read more

I'm at a loss for words...my wife and I really like this place and have gotten sandwich's Togo a bunch of times but the sad thing it has never been the right order...not even once..It's almost comical to me that every time I go here they screw up the order..I don't know if it's the girls taking the order or the guys in the back making the stuff who can not comprehend when people ask for things on a sub roll, or putting cole slaw on a sloppy joe or even a sandwich without tomato...Today was the final straw...We decided to actually eat there and what a shock the order is screwed up...I ask for a turkey club without tomato and I get it with Tomato and hair in my cole slaw...My wife gets her turkey sloppy joe without cole slaw..I literally do not know how this happens when I saw them write it down...Like how hard is it to write an order down and read it and make the correct things? I'm really disappointed because when it is right, we love it but sadly we cannot get a correct order...So for this reason we have decided to never spend our money there again..Good luck and I hope everyone else has a better experience than us read more

However today, after I placed my order with a very pleasant young girl I then heard the women in the back who was cooking yelling angrily at her, about my order, so much so I thought it was a joke. After the girl walked out by the look on her face I could tell it wasn't a joke. Unprofessional and bad business to reprimand your employees in front of customers. read more
