This is a great sub place. First off they have excellent customer service. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by all the employees on the line. The place inside is beautiful. They have murals dedicated to firefighters. The whole theme is spot on! The sandwiches are delicious by anyone's standards. I've personally haven't had that many because when I find something I love, it's hard to pick anything else. But we've ordered from work and everyone seems to love it. My usual is the meatball sub. But I did switch it up and got the sweet and spicy version!! Omg! So good. It wasn't too spicy. It was perfect. You can always add some hot spice since they have like every hot sauce ever made!?!? (Numbered by spice level) Most meals are around ten bucks but the sandwiches are huge and well worth it. I usually can't finish all of it. I had a great recent experience at Firehouse Subs! My phone company gave me a coupon which brought me in, as in the past the prices have looked a bit high for a sandwich. The restaurant was clean and COVID 19 safety measures of social distancing and mask requirements were in place. I ordered the turkey sub with all the fixings and was impressed with the speed of service here. I had a very nice experience today while I visited this spot during lunch! First off, I noticed on the window a couple days ago that they have new soups and they are served daily! Thank you for that and having a decent chicken dumpling soup! The manager today was also very kind and friendly to all the customers during my quick visit. Lastly, this restaurant is VERY clean and I could say as someone in the quick food service industry, they are definitely up to par with all health guidelines regarding the pandemic. I got shaved deli meat brisket with no bbq sauce. So it's kind of on me for not researching it deeper. The sandwich was pretty good, it just wasn't what I was expecting. But again...some of that is on me. But I do have a question: why shave brisket into a deli meat instead of slicing it and adding a sauce? Seems like that's going the wrong way. read more

I came here one evening with a few friends to check out the new guy in town. Parking was easy and there were plenty of tables inside (as well as three outside) for two or four people to sit at. I took a look at their menu and being a Vegetarian I had only one option; grilled veggies. Yuck. So I told them no grilled veggies (please) but add olives and avocado otherwise I would be left with just cheese and lettuce. Well, they forgot the avocado and olives so I was left with cheese and lettuce anyways, but it was still good. Would be nice to see another veggie sandwich though. The chip selection was OK with the usual (Doritos, Lays, Cheetos, etc) subjects. Service was great and fast. Everyone was very friendly and even brought out brownies samples for everyone dining to try. Prices are a little steep and that's probably my main gripe. Sandwiches were about $4-$5 for a super tiny 4" small sandwich and can go all the way up to almost $10 for a large. Yikes! Another fast food sandwich shop. Not bad, quick service, friendly employees, fair prices. Without paying attention to the fact I was ordering off of the "Hot menu", I ordered the Italian. I would have preferred it as a cold sandwich, but thats on me. I ordered a medium and it was just the right size for lunch. The sandwich could have used a bit more meat. That being said, it has more meat than a Subway sandwich, but not as much as a Togo's sandwich. The flavors were good, the ingredients seemed fresh. The bread was so-so. Again, fast food sandwiches here, not a high end deli. Sandwich, chips and good sized fountain drink set me back $11 and change. Location: The space is kinda tucked away in a little strip mall about a mile away from the Roseville Galleria. Kind of a nice getaway from all of the hectic mall madness. Atmosphere: Pleasant. Let me start by saying I love firehouse. I came to the Roseville location and not one person said welcome as they normally do. I was the only one in line and I wasn't even acknowledged, but you could hear lots of workers in the back having a party so it sounded. Finally the worker took my order and said this Location is under new management. I get my order and it's completely wrong and my chili was cold. I go to the counter and everyone is now in the back, I wait and wait until finally someone sees me, apparently the chili had been turned off and it will take about 20 minutes to get a new chili. I saw Devin late night in the Roseville location and then turn on the TV the next morning to see him up and at it at 6am at the Folsom location. I love how passionate he is about Firehouse Subs and his hard work at the locations pays off. The subs are the best tasting subs I have tasted. Firehouse Subs gives back to our local firefighter community and I love that. To save lives, you need equipment and at Firehouse Subs, a portion of that gets donated to the equipment needed to help save lives. I came here with my boyfriend yesterday afternoon craving to try Philly cheese steak sub. In my opinion, I feel that the meat was under seasoned and the buns weren't that toasty. The taste of the sub was not great, but it isn't bad. I do think that there are other places where you can get a sub that would taste much better than the subs here. I also feel like for the price of the subs, it is a bit pricey for how much they serve on the sub. I could go to either Subway or Togo and they would give me more food with more flavor and it would cost less. The overall experience I had here wasn't great that I would go "WOW", but it isn't bad. I would personally go somewhere else, but it doesn't hurt to try this place if you really wanted to check it out yourself. read more

Today I had my first miss...the pork and coleslaw on a Hawaiian roll. Coleslaw way too wet...need to go easier on the mayo and vinegar...made my sandwich soupy and soggy and thus a mess to eat! In others news...service is usually nice and the place is always clean. If you like a billion combination of coke products then their soda machine will be a welcome sight! I've seen the commercials, and had to give Firehouse Subs a try. Who wouldn't like a hot turkey sandwich with ranch & mayo? Most of their sandwiches are served hot. I, personally, like hot sandwiches. Melted cheese and all that.... MMMMMM!!!!!!! We got here and ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub on white bread. Smoked turkey breast, bacon, sharp cheddar cheese topped with peppercorn ranch, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. We wanted something to share because dinner was only a few hours away, so we shared the meduim size sandwich. We got a meal deal which was roughly $10 with a drink and chips. When we got our sub they were wonderful enough to split it for us. They had put the onion and tomato on the side like we asked. I open the sandwich up to check out the goods. It was shredded turkey, melted cheddar cheese, mayo, ranch... it looked like a hot mess and not in a bad way. Although, it was falling out of the bread, I shifted it back in with the help of a fork. The only disappointing thing, was the bacon. It was super thin. It is Smithfields.... soooo.... is that the microwaved kind? Barely any bacon flavor. I think they put 2 pieces in there, but with bacon that is paper thin, you may want to double up or bring your own to add on. .. and I'm not paying extra for paper thin bacon. Can't wait to come back and try other sandwiches, but anything with bacon, my taste buds will be more prepared for the absence of bacon rather than the taste of. read more
