I just finished eating at this firehouse and it was amazing. the moment I walked in I was welcomed. The restaurant was very clean and the worker gave off an excited and joyful feeling. The person who took my order was Hayden and he greeted me very kindly and had a nice talk with me while I was deciding what to choose. Best subs in town without question. Service is always prompt and ordering through app is easy and saves lots of time. I think I've tried every sub there and haven't been disappointed yet. Had a brownie for the first time today and it was delicious. My kids love the fire chief hats they get with the kid's meals. The big selection of hot sauces is on point as well. We've had Firehouse cater for big groups at work and the service and food was great. Remember to round up to the nearest dollar to donate to first responders charities. read more

I went into firehouse earlier today for an afternoon snack. I stood at the order counter and waited for assistance and no one came up to the counter. A group of employees were in a room behind the counter and I said hello multiple times. They were all gathered around a computer. One male employee finally looked up at me and then looked right back at his coworkers and said nothing. Save your time and avoid this place. read more
